Extremely Poor Handling of a Faulty Order – Deeply Disappointed
If it were possible, I would have given zero stars.
I am thoroughly disappointed by this entire experience, from beginning to end. After placing my order, I reached out to inquire about the shipping status, only to receive a delayed response several days later—hardly the level of responsiveness one expects from a professional seller.
When the product finally arrived—well beyond any reasonable timeframe—it immediately presented critical malfunctions: the device restarts itself every few seconds, rendering it entirely unusable. I promptly reported this issue via email weeks ago, and yet, to this day, I have received no reply, no support, and not even the courtesy of an acknowledgment.
It is extremely disappointing to be met with such indifference, especially after experiencing both shipping delays and a defective item. The complete absence of after-sales assistance speaks volumes.
Draw your own conclusions, but mine is clear: I will not be purchasing from this seller again, and I would caution others to think twice before doing so.
