Innovative Tax Relief, LLC Avis

The company was able to catch up our taxes and prepare our taxes for us. Peter was a big help and kept me informed of the process as the team prepared our taxes. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with taxes.

I have been a happy client of Innovative Tax Relief LLC for a little over two months and I have nothing but gratitude for this company. Working as my case manager Peter Tavarez has guided me through the right path of the IRS and Benny in the Billing Dept. has saved me even more money, with these two kind gentlemen on my side how can I go wrong. They are responsive, trustworthy and quick to the punch in any question that I ask. I don’t know what their work schedule is but it seems like they’re always working even on weekends and there is a 3 hour difference between us. I highly recommend Innovative Tax Relief LLC to anyone who is interested in getting their tax problems resolved, you can’t go wrong, thank you Peter and Benny.

I worked with Victor and he made the entire process stress free. He was so patient with me and answered all my questions. This was a stressful time and he was very polite and understanding. Thank you Victor and Innovative Tax Relief you are amazing!

I signed up for their services and it has been a month. I split my payment in 2 and they said the reason why they had not disclosed any information it was because I was missing my last payment. I made that payment 14 days ago and I still have not received a call, email or updates. I am starting to doubt my choice to had put my trust in this company.

This company is honest and dependable a little bit pricey but worth the money that you pay to get the results that you need. Our case manager was phenomenal. She followed through with everything that she said she would she stayed in touch. She never let us feel like we were out in the desert on our own she was always Checking and making sure we knew exactly where we were. I don’t think you could ask for a better case manager than Ivy. It has been such a joy and pleasure to work with the young lady.

I have used Innovative Tax Relief before and was amazingly pleased with their resolution of my debt.

I believe my client was scammed by a lead rep Coy James with Innovative Tax Relief LLC he charge her 400 and he said he would look into her tax case he seemed very nice had her sign documents I even looked the company up and it is with the BBB he sent one text to schedule 1 hour appointment never asked for any of her tax paperwork I have called several times and a guy picks up the line as if he is scanning calls for this Coy and tells me he is not available very
unprofessional and rude so I call back a few more times get a guy name Eddie he hung up the call so I call back and another guy gets on and tells me not to call again this is not right should never want to take advantage of our seniors I am investigating and will follow police report against this company on behalf of my client The money she paid needs to be returned
