I ordered a wedding set for my fiancee that stated it was stainless steel. We received the rings and as she wore them it turned her finger green. We have videos of her wearing them and her finger green underneath. The description said stainless steel but clearly they lied because stainless steel does not turn a finger green. We did not find out the rings done it sooner because they was delivered February 3, 2026 but she got it as a Valentines Day gift and wore them for 2 hours and her finger was green underneath.

The lengthy time for delivery is HORRIBLE! I ordered my product on Dec 11th 2025 and STILL haven't received it. This is my fault because I did see that a standard delivery is 7 to 14 business days PLUS an additional 5 business days for processing!!?? So I'm waiting a minimum of 19 business days waiting until damn near January 10 before i can expect my purchase?? Unless you have forever to wait for your product, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this site. I for sure will never be duped by this site again! SMDH

After being sent the wrong products, their customer service were very helpful. The products we ordered were no longer available but we were offered free replacements from their new range. The replacements turned up swiftly and I am very happy with them.

I paid for wedding band set and got stuck with a bs silver ring I want my $ or my rings I ordered immediately or both. I will never order from them again and I want rings I picked

Messed up my first order and they help fix it. When it came it fit perfect the second one. Love how it has a bit of weight to it and really nice work done on making it. Vary vary satisfied.

I ordered a hat from innovato design. When it arrived, I decided it was of very poor quality for the price I paid for it. They refused to pay for return shipping.

Good company to order from! I ordered from them and had to talk to costumer service. They really understood the questions I had for them as well as understanding the situation I am in. I live in the US, and the package did get her quicker than it was expected for! Solid company with solid costumer support!

I was sent the incorrect item and not only did it look nothing like what I ordered, it was NOT the length I chose when ordering. It was supposed to be an anniversary gift and I got stuck with nothing to give because of this low quality, INCORRECT piece I was sent. I then had to pay $20 in return shipping which they did not reimburse despite it fully being their error and low craftsmanship. I will not be ordering from this company again. Poor customer service.

Oh wow, this took some time to arrive. It's a bespoke item, so it has to be made. It's stunning. What a fantastic ring. I will definitely be ordering again from these people. I am over the moon with this ring. Thank you.

I ordered a Masonic Ring, there were a few issues with the original order but Innovato (Anelia) was very quick to sort these out. Very happy with the ring, it fits fine and I am very happy with quality,
