The best customer service
The best customer service, can’t thank the team enough! My Mum lost a charm with her late Mums hand writing on which we originally order back in 2023. We’ve since misplaced the card with the original writing so I reached out to Inscripture to see if there was any way they held the original order which the did!!!! I placed an order and they sorted it for. Amazing communication and service! Thank you again!

Beautiful item, helpful filling kit and instructions, lovely packaging with a thoughtful token inside. Really happy with the look and feel, and to have a bit of my dad with me every day. Only bit of feedback I would offer is to maybe have a choice of chain types and/or lengths when ordering.

I have received a silver heart charm to give to my husband on our silver wedding anniversary with a wedding photo of us engraved on one side and my handwritten message on the other side as a keyring
Excellent service from Natalie who could sense my anxiety about getting this gift perfect and sent me a proof of how my photo would appear on the charm

Nice necklace ridiculous chain
Nice necklace, but no weight to it at all. The chain is the finest thin chain you can get. You absolutely cannot fasten it by yourself, as it so microscopic. Considering the price, I would have expected more. I wouldn’t pay anymore than £20 for this! The pendant is nice but so lightweight it doesn’t feel like metal. I now need to buy a chain for it, which defeats the purpose of buying a necklace. I wish there was option to buy without this minuscule thready chain.
Point off because of this!
