Very detailed and direct approach, easy to understand and manage results after.

Not sure what value inside provides outside of the routine blood test already provided by quest. If order is from doctor, you don’t even need to pay the high price/

Process was easy and results came quicker that I ever thought.
Although I’m early in the process, so far so good! The recommendations are doable! I’m very impressed so far!

Tons of actionable information after 1 comprehensive blood test.

Very disappointed with the suggestion. I did not need to pay all that money to be told to do things I am already doing such as exercise, eat more vegetables and see a doctor.

The service might be fine, but I never got that far. I asked a question in chat and the person hastily lied. When I tried to clarify, he avoided the question. Annoyed, I contacted customer service via email, and they sent my "complaint" to the guy on chat who, having my email address, chose to attack me for complaining. I never heard from customer support. I left a phone message via voice mail, and after a day, still haven't received a call. If there are no problems, might be a great service -- but if there is a problem, customer support is unresponsive if not hostile.

The data is well organized to see trends. It is not one and done into the EHR. Most important, the analysis is extremely thorough and helpful to create an individual action plan. NOW I CAN UNDERSTAND MY DATA!!!

Responsive and helpful. The site itself was more of the problem than the customer service. Hopefully, they can fix the site to be more user-friendly and efficient.

I'm incredibly disappointed you do not capture PSA and OMEGA 3/6 test results.

I can understand that your comprehensive doesn't include it, but for me not to be able to upload my own results in these incredibly important categories (just for tracking, not necessarily getting analysis) is VERY disappointing.

Other than that, your company and the product is excellent.

Inside Tracker states what they will and can do for you and everything they state is true and accurate.

The process is super easy through Quest Labs for the blood draw - I just had to sign up for an appointment and Quest knew what to do. I've been intrigued with the blood marker results and recommended actions (which I am taking). I also appreciate the ability to upload DNA results for further insights. I highly recommend this service for those interested in taking control of their personal health and well being!

I am new to InsideTracker and just had my first blood draw(yay!). I had a concern that my blood draw would be inaccurate due to a failure to stop my supplements prior to the lab work. I reached out to the InsideTracker support team and received a speedy response and resolution to my concern(within 24hrs). I was very pleased! I look forward to completing my next blood draw(properly) and getting accurate results. Thank you InsideTracker for your help!

So I have heard from Hubermann and Sinclair how amazing Insidetracker is and it probably is, but the support is terrible.. anyway I decided to buy two subscriptions, one for me and one for my wife. Paid for both, but it was only possible to activate one account so had to transfer it with some code using their support, that is when it started to get frustrating.

- First email day 1: Got a code, code didn't work.
- 2nd email day 2: Got a code that worked, but amount wrong so had to pay 0.3 USD (going through the entire process) again So my wife got the original plan.
-3rd email day 3. Asking where my plan is and really point out the 4 points we need to solve, as reading comprehension seems limited with the support.
4th email day 3. Got a reply that my 0.3 USD will be deducted from the voucher. Like what?
5th email..ah support that was arbitrarily saying 5 PM (its 9 to 5 ET) is open.
Support person 1. Talked to some guy after waiting like 5 minutes.
Support supervisor. Explained that the plan was there all along, just says you don't have an ACTIVE plan (that is blood lab included) because you have an AVAILABLE plan only and you find it at x place.. Like what?
Finally, saw different renewal prices of the subscription so I asked what it was. The answer was full price 149 USD, but that I could benefit from Black Friday next year also. Well in fact it is 74.5 USD according to the order confirmation, but you can also get it for 104.5 if you use a discount.. code of 30%. When I asked about this the answer was that the product team could fix it.

I will update this review later in the year and say how it goes..

I like both the recommendations and the layout of blood work results. I also like inner age. It took a little while for some 3rd party results to show up but they did.

I'm giving InsideTracker 4 stars since, I believe, they have room for improvement (who doesn't! :)). Specifically:
- blood pressure; perhaps I've missed it but how can blood pressure not be used in their calculations of ASCAD?

All in all, though, IT is a great product. Thanks!
