I have emailed customer support the same question multiple times and still do not have an answer. My name was entered incorrectly so the quest labs can't put my results in their portal-which I need for there. Extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service & incompetency here. No one answers the phone so I just keep sending the same email.

I have had technical issues every step of the way;
all have been resolved until now.

when i pull up home with action plan on bottom right with my android phone what comes up is create an action plan which i press but program keeps on trying to pull up but does not access.

I got all the bio markers I was looking for and great suggestions on how to improve them

I believe what Inside Tracker is doing is the future of medicine. They analyze your blood and DNA, and then with science backed research, provide you with a plan to improve. It is worth every penny in my mind.

For such a high-priced product, you'd expect a top-notch experience. If so, stay away from InsideTracker!

The website feels like it was created by 5 different teams outsourcing to 3 different cheap providers. Each page is convoluted, with popups everywhere, pitching you discounts non-stop (after you already purchased), and even worse, pages that just hang. In 2024, how is such a low-quality website even possible, this is not 1995!

Every step of the experience is clunky, and good luck trying to reach a competent customer representative! All answers are generic, lacking context, leaving you even more frustrated than when you tried to reach out.

I tried to schedule a blood draw since January, but nobody ever contacted me. Tried to register a DNA kit, the page just hangs and crashes. This poor level of user experience is simply unacceptable for that price. Spend money on fixing and redesigning your website, hire an actual support team and train them instead of outsourcing or using ChatGPT to send generic answers, and you may be able to command the prices you're asking one day. As for now, InsideTracker is very far from that.

Really detailed test results, with actionable plans on how to improve. Also provides personalized feedback for recovery after workouts.

Fast, professional, and most importantly a way to take control of one’s health.

They always have great tips for staying healthy.

I've used InsideTracker multiple times to get answers to a variety of health-related and performance related issues. I uncovered a genetic disorder I didn't know I had and, most recently, have used my test results to optimize my health as I am trying to get pregnant for the second time. I'd attributed how tired I was, particularly during activity, to having a one-year-old. Turns out it was just an iron deficiency! Exercise is feeling more peppy now and my cycle is regulating which is helping me in my efforts to conceive again!

InsideTracker has been the most useful tool I've found for high quality conversations with my doctor.

Everything is well organized, you get out of it, what you put into it. They provide you with lots of info.

This is a great app that outlines medical benefits to improve your health. Very user friendly and easy to navigate app with lots of good tips and insights. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve their health.

There is a problem with your Category View. It is not consistently showing the data from my most recent blood test. Sometimes it shows it and sometimes it says that the data is over 6 months old. I have gone back and forth with your rep and he is insisting that is it correct but it is not. I even sent him screen shots to prove it.

Am thoroughly enjoying this product on many levels…& have shared with my network on the fascinating transparency, analytics & info it provides…highly recommend & Great service too!

Good datatype and analysis of multiple points.

Overall it was a good experience. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because once I requested bloodwork to be done nobody reached out to me to schedule a day to draw blood as it stated they would. I waited over a week until I had to write to customer service. They were helpful though and responsive. Phlebotomist was friendly and professional and it was a painless quick blood draw. Blood work came in quick.

Thiia service is a racket. Blood draw went smoothly but result reporting and action plan both lack depth. The action plans are generic and not helpful, and some important aspects of the information I provided about my diet were not factored in at all. I found it largely worthless.

Rich Sandler has been absolutely great at customer service. He is very responsive, knowledgable, immediately addresses any issues and tells you how long till he will respond and actually responds. In today's surreal science fiction we are all living in, he is NORMAL. As an anesthesiologist I was wary of all the questions, but Insidetracker has been very helpful to my health and well being.

Great information but not easy to know what to do with it. Suggestions are detailed but to reference back when you make an action plan it’s not easy. Example, a supplement is suggested so you order the supplements and want to reference the (dosage, time, etc..) it’s difficult and clumsy to find the information. Also, the daily journal should be very simple to use and I feel it’s not.

Quick turnaround and easy to develop plan based on my biomarkers. Can’t wait to follow the plan :-)
