Came in looking at paint colors and ideas - the staff member was really helpful and had great ideas. Signed us up as a member and we will be back.

I made an error in my paint colour and the team at Inspirations were accommodating and tried their hardest to get my colour right. At the end, even though the colour wasn't what I was aiming for it was much better than my original colour and actually worked out fantastically.

Very disappointing customer service at the Newmarket store. I went in seeking advice, and halfway through speaking with a staff member she took a phone call, leaving us waiting for at least 15 minutes. The other staff were also on calls and showed no urgency to assist customers in the store.
We really try to support small businesses, but we ended up walking out. No one seemed to care.
We won’t be visiting our local paint store again.

everyone at the store was extremely helpful and very friendly which made for a very pleasant visit. nothing was too much trouble, and they were able to answer all my questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to visit there again and highly recommend the store anytime
