Thanks so much for your kind words and sharing your experience. We believe in fast fulfillment and we do our best in this process to ensure that your hardware arrives in pristine condition.
Hardware was beautiful, packaging makes no sense
Hardware was beautiful, I only give 3 stars because of the packaging. Why would you individually wrap each knob in a fabric sac? Maybe some people like this fancy packaging, but for me all I see is it ending up in a landfill. I'd love to be charged 50 cents less per item and have it come in something simple and recyclable.

Thank you for noting this for us. Unfortunately some of our pieces require extra padding so they are not damaged in transit. Our packing tape, boxes, tissue paper, packing peanuts are all compostable, recyclable or biodegradable materials. We hope to move to all packaging materials being earth friendly in the future.
Chris is top notch professional

I already posted a review but will post another review because of my outstanding experience with Inspire Hardware. The hardware is truly beautiful and exceptional. I initially had difficulty in placing my online order because the price changed during the ordering process (most likely due to ordering from Canada). I contacted the company and heard back within the hour from a company rep. This employee went above and beyond to assist me in placing my order and ensured that the dollar amount was correct. I highly recommend this company for their products and services!

Kayla made the difference
Kayla made the difference!
I recently purchased the Bold Black and Gold handles for my gut renovation for cabinets and appliances.
The quality and packaging of the product is excellent. Delivery was prompt- within a week.
Your customer service is 5 star.
Kayla was so helpful in walking me through all my questions. She even went above and beyond to ensure the number of items I needed was either in stock or arriving soon to your warehouse. It helps to have that kind of inside knowledge available for the customer. She sent me a summary of my order and I was able to pay through included link. easy.
Thanks Kayla!
