My son did the AI Scholar program with the Inspirit Scholar. He attended the multi-week Inspirit AI Scholars course and won the "Best Presentation Award" for the team's program on using AI to find exoplanets. He found the program to be extremely valuable and informative.

Overall, great tutors and teachers and a really easy dive for someone who has not done any coding other than block before. I especially loved the smaller groups that we all went into for lectures, especially in the first week. That way, all the tutors could really hone in and make sure we were all getting information. Then, we split into coding rooms, where we each either took turns sharing our screens or all shared at once. This was truly great, as we could see and learn from what others are doing rather than blindly typing code based off speech. My tutors were also great, in that they wouldn't expect us to know everything and memorize it right after learning it, they instead provided hints and positive reinforcement. Lastly, they encouraged us to not stress and chill, as this was to also introduce the fun in learning about this topic if we were hesitating on it before. All the content provided seemed to also be very hard worked on, with in depth Google Colab notebooks for every day and detailed slides for lecturing.

I found my 1:1 AI Mentorship experience quite enjoyable and interesting. Inspirit AI provided a broad range from Thyroid Cancer detection to creating an AI model that suggests new songs. Although the project titles sounded scary at first to me, my mentor guided me through the entire process from coding to writing a research paper while also clearing my doubts. This was especially helpful as it helped clear my understanding of AI models and learn to code various AI models, even though I had not coded in python for a long time. I found their communication platforms especially helpful, as I was able to reach out to my mentor for quick inquires I had during my research.

Overall, I enjoyed this experience greatly as I was able to easily explore an area of my interest with great guidance. The skills I have learned in this program have helped me write clear and cohesive IAs (A research project in a subject). The project also looks great on university applications and would highly recommend it!

Great 2 weeks to get our sons exposed to AI. I was skeptical about the online experience, but I was positively surprised about how my sons got hooked into the experience. It was also a great experience to see them present their AI projects. Definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with inspirit AI. Our son learnt basics of python and has been a part of most their courses. Highly recommend late middle schoolers and early high schoolers to get an edge in their AI learning and coding skills

My experience with Inspirit AI was incredible! I learned so many new concepts and information about AI and its utilization in the modern world. The teachers were very positive and created a fun environment where I could learn a lot. I also completed a project where I created an AI presentation aid using code and AI tools, which helped me gain experience in creating forms of AI. Overall, I had a wonderful experience in the course and would recommend to anyone!

My daughter did the Inspirit AI Scholars program last summer (end of her 9th grade) and had a great experience. She found the course really engaging and loved doing the final AI project (creating a study bot) with her team. It was a really great way for her to learn about AI and its practical applications. She also did the Inspirit AI Ambassadors course last fall which had lots of interesting speakers.

The 1-on-1 mentorship during the 10-week program was incredibly valuable. It allowed me to dive deeper into data preprocessing and learn exactly how to select and utilize the right AI tools. Ultimately, these insights helped me secure 3rd place in a local science fair.

Great instructors and great program! My mentor was great and really helped me learn the basics of AI as well as guide me through a project. Having this kind of experience helped me with my college applications and I even got a publication in IEEE out of the one-on-one mentorship program.

I got matched with an excellent mentor by Inspirit based on my areas of interest. My mentor pointed me to many resources and helped me quickly come up to speed on the necessary background for my astrophysics research project. Further, he helped me pick a project idea, patiently answered all my questions, and gave me very valuable guidance throughout the project. He was interested not just in helping me complete the project successfully, but also in making sure I had acquired both breadth and depth of knowledge in my research area. Inspirit provided me with excellent support throughout with various resources and any communication/technical issues. Thanks to my research project with Inspirit, I got into a top college for my undergraduate studies!

Great opportunity to explore and practice interdisciplinary (including social sciences/humanities) research with a mentor. I learned a lot of artificial intelligence and data science concepts, and developed my research writing skills. Inspirit AI provides a lot of support and resources. A few communication issues but Inspirit AI solves them all pretty quick and efficiently.

I took this program in the summer and was super impressed by the level of instruction and how in-depth the curriculum goes. My instructor was super nice and explained all the tricky, but useful, content around LLM's and Bias very well! Most of all I could tell he actually wanted to be there. In todays world with so much information, Inspirit manages to make machine learning and LLMs seem cool and manageable.

I am proud to say I walked away from Inspirit with a new passion for computer science(and learning) and it helped a great deal on my college applications. I am now studying computer science with a concentration in artificial intelligence at UVA!

My Son joined InspiritAI as a rising high school freshman, and he loved the experience and enjoyed the projects. Today, he's a CS student at NYU, continuing his AI journey. Thank you Adeesh and team for helping him.

My now 11th grader did Inspirit AI’s one-week intensive program over the last two summers, and he had a great experience both times. I liked that the program was serious and intellectually engaging, but still accessible for students who are learning how AI works and what it can actually be used for in real life.

He really enjoyed the project-based structure and the chance to work closely with a great mentor. He was able to take an idea, build on it during the week and come away with something he could explain and feel proud of. As a parent, I appreciated that he was not just passively listening to lectures but working with his group to problem solve. He was actively thinking, and learning how to apply AI concepts in a fun practical way.

The biggest sign for me was that he stayed engaged and excited throughout the week. He talked about his project at home and seemed genuinely proud of what he had learned. Inspirit AI gave him a stronger understanding and confidence of AI - and he enjoyed working with his peers as well. And the final presentation to parents by the students was a nice bonus at the end! :-)

I would def recommend the program to families who want a fun well-structured AI experience for their middle or high schooler.

As a former AI scholar and participant of Inspirit AI's summer program back in 2022, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Inspirit AI and thought the program was amazing. I took it before my senior year of high school, and it helped prepare me tremendously for the college application process by introducing me to how my interests aligned with computer science, technology, and AI. My project was focused on sustainability and predicting crop yields based on the presence of bacteria, and the project felt incredibly meaningful and engaging from start to finish.

Now, as a junior at Harvard, I look back on the summer and program very fondly. Many of the concepts and exercises I first encountered through Inspirit AI came up again while studying CS at Harvard, and I feel that the program covered the material with both breadth and depth. It gave me a strong foundation and helped me feel more prepared to pursue computer science at a higher level.

One thing to note, one of the most valuable parts of the program was the opportunity to connect with real researchers and be exposed to students, mentors, and alumni from top colleges. I was even introduced to Harvard alumni through Inspirit AI, which actually was my only exposure to the university and partly inspired me to apply there. On the CollegeBoard application, I actually mentioned the people I had met through the program when asked if I knew any affiliates of the university.

I would definitely recommend Inspirit AI to anyone with an interest in machine learning, AI, computer science, or technology. I can see how the program is densely and optimally compacted to be a low-risk, high-reward program for busy and aspiring students that can genuinely help you explore your interests and grow academically in a field that feels ever more necessary for young students to become familiar with.
