Thanks for frontend and backend developers
I'm a CTO of an IT company, and a few months ago we decided to launch a new product, so we needed a new team for this. We considered several options of the new team, and one of them was to try offshore dev team to reduce costs.

Great partners to works and great experience
It’s easy and convenient to work with Insquad. It may sound crazy but for me money wasn’t the main point, I am just fond of western culture and had a dream to work on cool projects in another cultural environment using English. Americans are great and absolutely different! Working with them fulfills me and helps to broaden horizons. Without Insquad I couldn’t even get to the first step of recruitment (interview). I don't know how they made it but I don’t really care. Now I’ve got what I wanted. Plus, It almost doubled my income. Try Insquad!

Thanks to insquad i increased my income
I think all developers are scared of one thing - it’s only possible to earn a high salary working as a developer when you’ve relocated to the USA. I thought they would never pay a lot to someone who is located in India .Just why? However, Insquad became a game-changer for me. I can spend my time with family and relatives living in india and supporting its economy, while I am getting 40% higher income than my countrymen working with American companies.
