OMG DONOT order from these people! What an absolute nightmare! I ordered from them, they subscribed me without permission, then kept sending me boxes of product I did not want, charging me for them. They resisted my efforts to return their crappy products after realizing I was allergic to ingredients. I returned TWO shipments, and have to this day not recieved a cent in refunds. They are a scam, in my opinion. I disputed the charges, but the process is long and still donot have my money back after more than 6 months. BEWARE, they are extremely unhelpful with returns, and make you pay, and donot acknowledge the return. Be sure you trace the return if you are unlucky enough to have to deal with them. I wish I had NEVER heard of that nightmare company.

Love the flavors especially Paloma. So delicious. Also suggesting a “Spicy Basil” flavor because everyone loves basil

I’m genuinely impressed with this electrolyte brand. It gives me such a noticeable boost in energy and hydration, and the flavors are consistently refreshing without being overly sweet. I love knowing I’m putting clean ingredients into my body while still enjoying something that feels like a treat. It has easily become part of my everyday routine.

This is by far the most elite electrolyte brand I have ever tasted! Not only do I feel amazing after drinking it, the taste of every flavor is delicious. I have yet to try one I don’t like. Hard to believe that all the ingredients are clean and actually good for you. I look forward to my daily treat and taking care of my body at the same time. Thank God for Instant Hydration!

Great product, good packaging, quick delivery

I have no idea how I got a $54.00 box of this. I can’t find any customer contact to cancel. I remember ordering a sample. I am VERY careful not to get subscriptions, yet here I am. There is so much fraud out there! I’m tempted never to order anything online. Where’s the BBB & other protective agencies????

The peach pineapple flavor is ok, however I didn’t feel more hydrated after I drank it. I’ve had other brands that I feel do a better job. I’m also not a fan of some of the ingredients like stevia, malic acid and natural flavors (any number of things can be hidden in the ‘natural flavors’). I tried canceling the subscription, but they make you wait 9 days to be sure you like it (or not). This is probably in hopes that you’ll forget about the subscription and get charged again.

“While the product itself is good quality, sadly, poor customer service overshadowed the experience. After moving, one order went to my old address. When I contacted customer service, I explained the situation clearly, hoping for help. The representative, Clarissa, simply reiterated tracking info I already knew, with no solutions. When I asked again, stating I valued customer support, my subscription was canceled immediately without further effort to resolve the issue. That abrupt ending left me very disappointed.”

I didn’t care for the products at all. I sent them back waited for two weeks didn’t get any refund so I started a recoup from my bank and then of course they reached out and said oh because I did that now they can’t refund my money then I sent them proof that the case had been handled in their favor and sent them all of that and they still won’t refund me my money don’t waste your money or your time. Their customer service sucks. 🤬 so no products and no refund

Really love the flavor and you can definitely tell that the French sea salt is high-quality. I really love these and I hope you never stop making them. I’m gonna be a fan for life.

Claim to have less salt then liquid IV and doesn't. Extremely salty, very disappointed.

The flavors are good, I love both that I received, Strawberry/Lemon and Lychee. I wish you would offer the 30 pack with an assortment of flavors in one box. I also found the subscription pricing to be a bit high for what you get,

This is my second order of Instant Hydration and I literally cannot sing their praises enough! I am NOT a paid spokes person AT ALL and I am super taste sensitive, so when I tell you this stuff is AMAZING trust it!! There is only one flavor I don't like and that is Raspberry, and I haven't tried the Lychee. But man the others are pure fire!! This stuff is the Chefs Kiss I absolutely love it! I truly believe the difference must be the Grey Sea Salt because I've tried THE OTHER BRAND and couldn't gag down one bottle!! But Instant Hydration I'm finding it hard to stick to one a day and yes you can drink two but until I get my bloodwork done I'll stick to the one a day. Anyway, if you haven't tried it DO... YOU WILL LOVE IT!!

Stick to LMNT or a more reputable company. Instant Hydration engages in fraudulent and unfair business practices and should be investigated. I will be reporting them to the state. They shipped an order that I already cancelled, made me jump through hoops to return the order and then charged me the cost of return shipping. They also purposely make their website annoying to navigate to locate your account and order information, presumably so you'll just keep their overpriced product rather than deal with returning it. I suggest you dispute their charges with your credit card company if you can rather than deal with their unprofessional and chintzy business practices.

Really love the Watermelon flavor (my favorite so far) Raspberry, POG & Lemon Lime flavors. Mango Pineapple isn’t bad either but it is quiete acidic for me, Lychee is okay although it does taste exactly like the fruit, just wasn’t as good as I thought I guess. I have not yet tried the other flavors but I’m looking forward to Strawberry Lemon. Also I mix one packet with 25 oz of water and then before I finish I add water for another 25 oz. It is heavily watered down but still has a hint of flavor. Anyways I really love this as a low calorie beverage and have almost completely eliminated drinking soda for me.
