I just wanted to follow up regarding your comments about the quantity. When your order was placed, we did discuss the access restrictions at the delivery address and advised that a larger delivery (96 RUFs) wouldn’t be possible due to the road size and vehicle limitations. Based on this, the order was placed for 48 RUFs, which could be delivered safely with the appropriate vehicle.
With regard to supplying a larger quantity split across smaller pallets, we can offer two of our 48 RUF pallets if you would like to purchase them separately; however, we wouldn’t be able to split a 96 RUF pallet into two smaller pallets at an adjusted price.
