The quality of the 10’ x 20’ Pro Expo Tent with Classic Digital Package, 10’ walls with and without doors and Pro Expo Roller bag is exceptional, heavy weight, durable and high quality.

The tent withstood high winds while other tents collapsed around it. The printed canopy looked so nice with quality graphics.

The sides are heavy weight with quality zippers and strong Velcro. The door feature is well thought out and perfect.

The Pro Expo Roller Bag is drastically improved from older versions. The bag is durable with larger wheels and support plates. This bag makes it so much easier to pack and move the tent. High Quality! Must Have!

I have to give Rocket Canopy credit for their unparalleled customer service.
I ordered a 10 foot screen door for my canopy that I purchased from ABC canopy who does not offer such a option. Upon receipt of this order, who ever packed it, accidentally sent a plain 10 foot screen wall. Well, I called and spoke to a gentleman in customer service who apologized and said they would replace it with the proper one. He then explained that he would send out a return label for FEDEX. I received the email right away and sent the product back two days later. To my astonishment FEDEX had dropped off the replacement that same day with the screen door. I know that Rocket Canopy did not receive the old one but sent a replacement right away without even getting the original wall back.
To me this is great customer service!
Further I couldn't help but notice how much superior Rocket Canopies screens are....WAY better materials used as compared to ABC. I now wish I would of purchased my 10 x 15 canopy from Rocket Canopy instead of ABC. Obviously your merchandise is far stronger and durable compared to ABC....I thought I did my homework researching these canopies. Anyway GOOD job with my order and I will surely buy any future Canopies from your company...with regards- John P.

I put off getting a custom tent for over two years, and now that I finally have one from Instant Promotion, I can’t believe I waited so long. The quality and visual impact have truly transformed my booth — my sales have gone up this year, and I can confidently say the tent played a big role in that.

People constantly stop to read the bold text on the front (“All Proceeds Go to Charity”), and then come inside after learning about my mission. I even sold one of my art pieces because a customer spotted it on the back wall of the tent!

The colors are incredibly vibrant, and people tell me they can see us from down the road. We’ve been through both rain and wind storms this year — the tent held up perfectly, and all of my artwork stayed completely dry and protected.

On top of that, customer service was excellent — fast, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish.

If you’re on the fence about investing in a custom tent, take it from me — this one has been worth every penny and then some.

Would have rated much higher but the order was not sent to production even though I approved in an email. Good thing I checked on progress or may not have been received in time for the Expo.
