Our test equipment range is complemented by a variety of back-up services including calibration & repair, PAT Training Courses, Test Equipment Hire & Telephone Support. Delivery & Returns Shipping and Handling, within the most of the UK, is free of charge. For orders below £100 nett, free delivery is a Royal Mail 3 - 5 day service. If the Royal Mail free shipping option is selected, delivery times are not guaranteed and will be subject to your local postal delivery service. A next day service is available for orders below £100 nett, this is charged at £7.50 ex VAT. Orders above £100 nett will qualify for free timed delivery automatically. This will either ship via our current courier, UPS or by first class registered post, depending upon the size and weight of the item. Some outlying and offshore postcode areas will incur a higher delivery charge and increased transit times. We offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on all products bought on the site. All we ask, is all items you wish to return are unopened, unused and as we sent them to you. Megger MFT 1500 series replacement test leads
Ideal to locate a stockist of manufaturers original parts for discontinued test-instrument.
Delivery delayed slightly, but was kept informed, I would use again for future purchases.

Company was not interested in giving me any pre-purchase advice on Fluke test instruments over the phone. My £900 internet order was then 'lost' and not processed until I called to chase it up. Eventually equipment did arrive (with complimentary socket tester) direct from ISS in Norwich.

The reason your product was shipped 2 days later is it was calibrated for free in our lab. The package should include the calibration certificate - if you don't have it anymore, we can release a new copy. We are always glad to offer top-notch pre-purchase and post-purchase support and we have been successfully doing so for more than 3 decades - if it didn't happen in your case we will be definitely looking into it.

In the past few weeks Ihave placed two orders with instrotech, both of which have been expedited in
a very effcient manor and delivered the next working day. Should I require any test equipment in the
future I would not hesitate in using Instrotech.

I received my order with FREE NEXT DAY delivery and was pleased that the free bundle was included in the parcel. I had forgotten to click the free bundle choice and contacted customer service after the order was completed online.
