Delivery & Returns Shipping and Handling, within the most of the UK, is free of charge. For orders below £100 nett, free delivery is a Royal Mail 3 - 5 day service. If the Royal Mail free shipping option is selected, delivery times are not guaranteed and will be subject to your local postal delivery service. A next day service is available for orders below £100 nett, this is charged at £7.50 ex VAT. Orders above £100 nett will qualify for free timed delivery automatically. This will either ship via our current courier, UPS or by first class registered post, depending upon the size and weight of the item. Some outlying and offshore postcode areas will incur a higher delivery charge and increased transit times. We offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on all products bought on the site. All we ask, is all items you wish to return are unopened, unused and as we sent them to you.
