Mateo is the most unhelpful and unmotivated agent I have ever worked with. He can't even setup automatic payments correctly. How does he fix this when it's brought to his attention? He keeps telling me there's nothing he can do to fix his mistakes. He offloads his responsibilities onto me by telling me to contact the insurance company directly when the insurance company clearly states that they will only speak with agents. As if this weren't enough, Mateo forcefully interrrupts and speaks over me when I'm trying to explain to him how he can improve on his customer service.

Becki was very responsive, & helpful with everything I needed. Very thankful for her help & expertise!

My account manager is available even the days they are out of office. Things I needed done was completed same day in an effective way and time.
