ssues happened around renewal - admin error on their end which they admitted substantially increased my insurance quote. I was advised of the fault on their end but was told I would have to pay the difference! I did not go with their quote and will never use their services. Absolutely disgusting can’t quite get my head around the fact they made the mistake and thought I would pay for it?

Please don’t reply with I’m sorry about that what’s your policy number as you weren’t interested at the time.

Always easy to deal with every year. Makes things allot less stressful then insurance usually is!

Really easy process, breath of fresh air being able to speak to someone clearly over the phone rather than an AI generated system or outside of the UK call centre. Being able to use the WhatsApp service for any questions and requesting a call back works really well, it gives you time to think about the quote before committing to a policy. Josh was very clear on the call and would definitely use his services again in the future. Just hope the after services are as good as the initial sales service, if they nail that then I will be using their services again.
