It was very easy to change company, just a few minutes and its

Yoga Teacher Insurance
Having recently started to teach yoga on a small scale. I felt it important to have peace of mind, knowing I had some protection from any injury claims. I hope I never need this cover though !!
Obtaining cover was straightforward and intuitive,and stress free . The process took a short period of time. Policy documents were received via email within an hour of completing the online application.
Fingers crossed it's never used and reasonably priced again in year two

Less than the best for service and value
To more than double the price when I have claimed or charged anything is a little ridiculous. More s then I called to cancel to be told in not so many words that they didn’t believe me when I said I hadn’t received a renewal email or letter before was not good customer service

We appreciate your frustration, however, we can confirm that your renewal premium increased from £82.50 to £85.72, rather than more than doubling. We can also confirm that renewal information and advance notice were sent prior to your renewal date. We are able to track when emails have been opened, and our records show that these communications were received.
We understand that emails can sometimes be overlooked or may be filtered into spam folders, and we’re sorry if you felt that your concerns were not listened to or that you were made to feel as though you weren’t believed. This would never be our intention, and we appreciate how important it is for our customers to feel supported when contacting us.

Great company , I had a hole in one had to send them a photo of the card plus receipt of the bar bill and was paid in less than a week.

Third party involved not helpful
I think the fact that it goes to a 3rd party is confusing eg Ripe and they do not reply to contact messages which I have sent twice in order to rectify a name on the policy which I gave them but they did not include on the schedule. Has been a frustrating experience so far but getting a quote and paying was simple and fast

We understand that dealing with a third-party claims provider can sometimes be confusing. As we do not have an in-house claims department, we work with a specialist third-party provider to handle claims on our behalf.
Regarding the name amendment on your policy, we can see that you contacted us to request a change. Our system automatically directs customers to complete mid-term adjustments through their online account, which is why you received an automated response with instructions on how to access and make the amendment yourself. If you were unable to complete the change online or experienced any issues, we would have been happy to assist had you let us know.
We appreciate your comments, and we're pleased to hear that obtaining a quote and purchasing your policy was a simple and quick process. Your feedback will help us review how we communicate our processes to make them clearer for customers in the future.
