Todd from Integra Inspection Services was an outstanding choice for our new construction home inspection. He took his time examining every structural and functional detail, going well beyond surface-level observations. The report he delivered was thorough yet easy to navigate, and the inclusion of property videos was a great touch. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows his craft, Todd is your guy.

Integra was the right choice for me in looking to buy my first home with my wife. The detailed inspection report we received has become the foundation of my knowledge of the house itself and homeownership and upkeep, and allowed us to bargain effectively with the seller and get to a place where we are now quite happy and satisfied. Going through the process Todd our inspector was helpful the whole way - I never for a minute worried about his work or whether I would hear back from him. I would just note that Integra does not do reinspections - he explains why in his literature, but just FYI because some inspectors will do reinspections and you don't want to be caught off guard by this like I was. I would recommend discussing with your agent (and whoever) to form a plan for how to handle the reinspection.

What made my experience great was that, when I first spoke with Todd Thuss, on the phone, trying to find someone to do an inspection for me, I noticed a calm and reassuring tone in his voice that gave me comfort in what to expect regarding the upcoming inspection. After communicating via text and email, I knew then that he was the one I wanted for my inspection. He was definitely the right choice! Everything in the inspection report was honest, non-biased, and forthright. And, trust me, I would let you know if I thought different. Todd is very thorough during his inspection. His reports are detailed and worth the price of his fees. Todd listed issues that are currently a problem, but would be in the future and listed them so that I would be watching them should issues arise. I thought this to be a kind act.
