Very poor customer services
they send wrong order i order bay one cherry tree sapling gets one free I get one pkts of few seed for 32usd now they are saying we will you 2usd discount

I purchase a tv box from Intelliect, i received the box and could not get it to work, i wrote to support and told them i needed a replacement, they insisted in there was nothing wrong with the box, and insisted in returning $10.00 for my trouble, and said they could not do anything else for me, i am out $50.00 and no replacement. BAD COMPANY!!!!

I've given three stars as this isn't a product review. This is morey scepticism at the reviews left here regarding this company..I use trustpilot as usually I trust what is said and take that as my decision to purchase or not. But, if you read the comments real careful, they all seem to allude to being non genuine, even the slightest negatives are written in a way that does not harm the company and would still point people to purchase. They don't feel genuine and wording only slightly differs. People also seem to have bought exactly the same items, coincidentally I should put. Trim and chop food. More than one buyer with a comment in the same fashion. I Might be wrong but something smells. This puts distrust in Trustpilot for me also.

Abysmally bad company, buyers beware! Items bought are not cordless but plugged (US); they do not look at all as on their site. Cheap materials, no leather-like cover, no finials, cheap shades and visible lamp sockets, US plugs; They truly look nothing like the ones pictured on their site. Scam artists! They flat out refused a return so I had to initiate a dispute via PayPal. Avoid this site at all costs!

I ordered a library book lamp because it looked like you charged the lamp through a fake book attached to the lamp. In all the photos of this product, and there were many, none showed an electric cord. Turns out not only do you have to plug it in, but you have to build the lampshade yourself. Contacted the company to return the product and they would not take it back. I would not do business with them again. False advertising. What company nowadays does not take returns? Again, i will not do business with them.
