Duddingston Golf Club have used Intelligent Golf (IG) for approx. 7 years now.
The IG helpdesk have always been very supportive and very helpful any time I have needed them.
Sometimes their telephone lines are busy but the call back option works very well.
My latest call was with Lee, who very quickly understood my issue and explained what the problem was and how to correct it. Easy. Thanks.

Harry on Client Support - extremely professional and helpful. He set up our ipad to facilitate business/transactions both in our Halfway House on the golf course and in our restaurant, therefore becoming a remote till for table ordering.
What seemed like a complicated issue was resolved within one phone call with Harry.

I have trusted intelligentgolf since from their early days and I still consider them the best Golf Club IT provider by a long way.
I have experience of many providers over my 30 years in golf club admin and would recommend IG to everyone from Club, County or Tournament Administrators.
This latest experience today was of a very fast and efficient response to a query.
It was resolved and I was also provided with a solution to fix it myself if it ever reoccured.

We use IG at our golf club, I often need the support team, every time I ring the team are able to solve my issues and are always very helpful and professional.
