I was hesitant about the cost of this program but it more than paid for itself. As a PM with 12 + years of experience, I have been lucky enough to get recruited by Google, Meta, Amazon, etc. I went through those loops on my own and did not get an offer.
This program really helped me with my own narrative and prepping for product design and analytics interviews.
I will say that I was in the program for over a year and have now landed at a new role with a great pay bump.
I think people online look for a silver bullet and something they can read and then succeed overnight.
This job search took me over 1 year and this program was there every step of the way.
I ran over 40 hours of mock interviews in this program. There are coaches out there that charge $500 an hour per session, or more. That amount of coaching would have cost $20k. The coaches in this program are $500/hr caliber. I know because I tried both.
This program TEACHES you things about interviewing. It is a process!
They help you get your narrative right so you can pass recruiter screens, then practice mock interviews for product design and analytics and they will also help with negotiations.
This program is for people who are serious about leveling up and improving their product mindset and how they hold themselves and even attack day to day problems. It's not someone who is looking for a document or a single video on how to get into product management.
They are also following and improving experiences as interview types change across specific companies and industry changes around AI interviews and AI product management.

The program has a good structure, in depth learning content and an engaged community of coaches. The team does it best to adapt to a candidate’s needs and offers personalized guidance through their job search process. This kind of support really helps in a competitive market. I had a great learning experience !

I participated in the IPM program for three months and by the end of it had a strong offer - which I accepted - and final round interviews at two other backup opportunities. Like much else in life, the more you put into the program, the more you’ll get. I found it to be an extremely helpful way to add focus and clarity to interview prep. Ultimately the effort and the story you tell needs to be your own, but the frameworks they teach and the recurring practice opportunities they offer were enormously helpful for competing in some pretty intense candidate pools.

I've been in this program 1.5 years now, and have not secured any offers at all. I have a feeling that this program is only for senior to principal level students. All the program does is frame a person's stories better that is it. I would love to see performance metrics of # of job offers secured per month or quarter vs time of enrollment.

Slow referrals to the point they are useless, small team (about 3-4 people) of coaches who mock you and give generic feedback, videos that are 5 years behind the market. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

After two years out of the job market for personal reasons, I'd started to question my own value. IPM helped me rebuild it deliberately: through consistent practice, honest feedback, and staying in motion when things felt uncertain.
The weekly behavioral interview practice was the biggest unlock, running reps on my stories with real feedback every week made me a completely different candidate by the end. Will's behavioral and negotiation coaching, mocks with Nora, Gabor, Byron, and Oana, and Shobhit's referrals and mindset support all compounded.
The numbers tell the story: 100+ applications over 8 months, 13 recruiter screens, 2 final rounds, 1 offer. I'm now a Senior PM at a company and role I genuinely wanted, on a team I'm very happy with.
If you're in a hard search: don't put all your eggs in one basket, and don't let time out of the market convince you you've lost your edge. Get the reps in, get honest feedback, and keep moving.
One honest note: this requires real accountability on your end. You're paying for coach access, exposure to other PMs, learning what people are seeing in the market, and a mindset reset. You also have to lean on your peers; I set up our weekly behavioral mock group myself. The coaches hold you to a high standard, and if you put in the work, you leave the search a sharper PM than when you walked in.
A few other things I'd tell anyone joining: don't lean too much on the referral network, referrals are hard to come by in general, and the muscle you actually need is broad networking, both for this search and every role after. You have to be on top of your game and find the strategy that works for you. And there are no shortcuts on the narrative work, refining your stories only lands if you're being genuinely authentic about your experience.
The biggest value for me was the quality of the coaching. Since many of the coaches are PMs at leading tech companies, the feedback is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in real interview expectations. The sessions helped me identify gaps in my responses and improve how I approached interviews. Overall, a very useful service for anyone serious about landing a PM role.

This program is well worth every dollar, the techniques and tips will stay with me forver.

After being laid off, I didn't want to navigate my job search alone, I realized I needed more than just another job, I needed real clarity on what I actually wanted to do next.
The program is genuinely well structured, with a clear roadmap and a great mix of specialized coaches, including mindset coaching, an thought-partner, and dedicated experts for mock interviews and story crafting. One of the coaches' biggest strengths is that many are current hiring managers and working PMs, so their feedback on how a story lands felt immediately actionable.
One of the best parts was the community. Mock interviews turned into real relationships, and we ended up swapping job leads, prepping techniques, and even learning how to use AI in the job search together.
The result speaks for itself: after a tough product sense interview pushed me to really lean into the program, I ended up with multiple job offers and accepted a product strategist role that's a genuinely great fit, one that leverages my skills and sets me up for the next stage of my career.
One honest caveat: this isn't a passive program, you have to be proactive and drive your own progress. They hold you accountable, but you have to initiate. I'd especially recommend this to mid-level PMs going through a career pivot who want real clarity on the type of role and company they're aiming for, and the preparation to actually land it.

I joined IJS at a point where I wasn't desperate for a new job — I'd just gotten married, had a stable role, and honestly wanted to take things slow. But I knew I wanted to operate at a bigger scale and work for a company whose mission I genuinely believed in. That clarity, plus IJS's structure, is what got me from a comfortable job to my current role at a leading fintech firm .
I'd been through-and-through data analytics and BI for over a decade, and this was the first time in my career I was actively job searching instead of moving through referrals. I thought the hard part was already done — I'd built the experience. Turns out translating 16 years into a 3-minute story that keeps a hiring manager engaged is its own skill entirely, and it's not simple. The mock interviews with the coaches — who are strict, and rightly so — were tough, but that's exactly what made my real interviews feel just as high-stakes and prepared for.
What actually moved the needle was learning to modulate the same story depending on who I was talking to — a UI/UX person versus an engineer versus a fellow PM versus a director. That structure, combined with the resume and LinkedIn work, is what kept my profile from getting lost in a pile of applicants when I reached out to my hiring manager directly on LinkedIn.
And the community is real — not just marketing language. Someone in the program did a mock interview with me while on a family vacation in Spain, no obligation, just because we were both in IJS. Another member spotted how transferable my background was to a role I was applying for, in ways I couldn't have articulated myself. I went in expecting competitors and came out with people I'd now call friends.
On ROI: the negotiation coaching alone paid for the program. Forget the new role — just the way I negotiated made the investment worth it.
My advice to anyone on the fence: write down where you are, where you want to be, and how long you're willing to try getting there on your own. If you can't get there alone, look at real testimonials, not just cost — look at the gap this can close for you. I knew on day one I needed the structure, and IJS gave me exactly that.

I joined Intentional Product Manager with the goal of breaking into big tech. At the time, that felt pretty far out of reach. Most of my experience was concentrated in gaming, with earlier roles at smaller startups, and I worried that I was too specialized to stand out to recruiters and hiring managers at top tech companies.
The IPM team completely changed how I approached the job search.
From the beginning, they helped me identify the strongest parts of my experience, sharpen my positioning, and build a much more compelling story around my background. The interview preparation was especially valuable. The coaching was rigorous, practical, and highly personalized, and the repetition gave me the confidence and muscle memory to handle a wide range of interview questions.
Oana, Gabor, Will, and Josh were fantastic throughout the process. They consistently gave me specific, actionable feedback and helped me improve week after week. Just as importantly, they kept me motivated through a long search and several stretches where I was getting close but not quite breaking through.
When the right opportunity eventually presented itself, I felt prepared in a way I absolutely would not have been before joining IPM. After a long and testing process, I got the job that I would have only been able to dream about before joining.
This is not a passive program where you sign up and magically get a job. You have to put in the work. But if you are serious about becoming a stronger PM candidate and are willing to invest the time, the quality of coaching, structure, and accountability is excellent.
For me, the result was a role that had once felt out of reach. I’m extremely grateful to the team and would highly recommend IPM to PMs who are serious about making a meaningful step forward in their careers.

**The unlock for me was clarity.**
I had engineering and MBA degrees from elite universities in India and the US, a software engineering background, and almost a decade of experience at companies like Amazon — yet I wasn't cracking interviews. The program helped me realize why: I was applying broadly instead of owning who I am.
IPM brought me clarity that I am an AI, data governance and platform PM. That meant saying no to 98 jobs that didn't align with that brand, and saying yes to only the 2 that did — but showing up to those 2 so prepared that I could impress anyone in the room, including the CEO.
That clarity, combined with rigorous mock interviews with coaches and a community of genuinely accomplished PMs, is what helped me land my role as Principal PM at a Fortune 50 company.
A few things that stand out about IPM:
**The community is exceptional.** These are not just peers — they are highly capable PMs who push you in ways you can't replicate alone. Mock interviews with community members are as valuable as the ones with coaches.
**The program stays current.** I learned about Claude, AI coding tools, and the latest shifts in product management here. It keeps you ahead of the curve, not just prepared for interviews.
**The structure continues after you land.** Once you find the job, they help you do it better — through IPM Alliance and ongoing coaching. That's rare.
The investment is well worth it. I plan to stay part of this community for my own continued growth — there is always more to learn and improve.
After the program, Shobhit sent an email about how we can get 50% refund by posting a prototype on LinkedIn tagging him and leaving a review on here, no timeframe. After having done both and proofs shared with Shobhit on email requesting the promised refund, my email is being ignored since past 4 months. BTW the program was not worth it.

I found the Intentional Product Manager program very helpful. The program is very structured, but the biggest thing for me was the accountability the program created over several months. It forced me to focus, practice consistently, and sharpen how I communicated product thinking and leadership experience. The content was practical and especially useful for product sense, behavioral, and strategy interviews. The mock interviews and coaching also helped me identify weaknesses that I was not seeing on my own. Before the program, I was struggling to reach the offer stage. After four months, I ended up receiving multiple offers. The skills I learned also transfer to the job itself, which is even more important.
If you're willing to put in the work and appreciate a structured approach, IPM is an excellent program.

Highly recommend. What made the difference: a structured process that actually works, access to experts who are smart and genuinely passionate, and a program that evolves with AI — so the content stays relevant. The mindset practice alone built a confidence that went well beyond interviews.

As an experienced product manager and leader, I found IPM a high quality program and community. IPM provides several things:
1. modules that detail each phase to enable you to craft your best narratives, stories, and cases
2. direct feedback across a team of experienced coaches across recruiting, job search, and product
3. strong community of product professionals
Leveraged properly, you will accelerate your job search. On my end, I received an offer within 2.5 months of joining. During the program, I was able to receive personalized attention and group help that drove measurable impact immediately at key phases (within 2-4 days of application of help).
IPM stays nimble and has been ahead of the Gen AI wave, including new modules and community activity regarding how PMs can best "PM" AI-products.
Obviously, you will have to put in work to obtain results, but if you are looking for a robust PM program and community to give you the tools to accelerate your journey - I would highly recommend IPM.

Life changing experience. I joined at a time when I was particularly feeling low. The program, the community, and the coaches enabled me to reflect on my experience and bring my best self to the table.
The result = An offer in 3 months with me needing to decline several other companies chasing me + Me restarting the new chapter with a lot of confidence and more tools than before.
Super grateful.
Amazing and well laid out program. The coaches are amazing and genuinely help you improve at every step. They are always ahead in helping one learn, specially in the age of AI. And its not just about help with job search but more about how an individual can improve as a PM and their overall skills.
Phenomenal, quality program. It's a coaching program, not a "find a job for me" initiative, where I had to "level up" my interview skills. Not only do they cover the fundamentals, but they are constantly adapting to new, ever-changing, market realities of an AI-infused Product Management needs.
The mindset focus is also very important - because interviewers are always looking to differentiate between one candidate to another, especially in light of all of the layoffs.
Not only are the coaches great, but the community here is also very supportive, friendly and helpful. You have to put in a LOT of work, but they will provide feedback, guidance, next steps, etc.
A Truly Career Changing Experience — Intentional Job Search!
Intentional Job Search is so much more than a career program — it is a place where you feel seen, supported, and believed in at a level that genuinely transforms you. I entered the program hoping to simply improve my job search. I’m left with a renewed sense of confidence, clarity of purpose, and a deeper belief in my own potential.
What moved me most was the unwavering encouragement from the entire team. From Shobhit’s heartfelt, visionary leadership, to the incredible coaches who mentor with compassion and real industry insight, to the support staff who cheer you on in every milestone - you truly feel like an entire community is lifting you up and rooting for your success.
And it’s not just support — the program material itself is industry-leading.Every module is meticulously crafted, intentional, and deeply aligned with the product management career path. The frameworks, templates, and exercises mirror real-world PM expectations, helping you think, communicate, and operate like a strong product leader.
The interview prep sessions are outstanding — practical, confidence-building, and tailored to the types of questions, scenarios, and expectations top companies actually use. You don’t just practice; you grow. You don’t just memorize; you internalize. You walk into interviews feeling steady, prepared, and authentic.
But the most beautiful part is the human experience behind it all. Every coaching session feels like someone is helping you rediscover your strength. Every assignment reminds you that your voice and story matter. Every encouraging word from the team whispers, "You can do this. We’re with you!"
This program doesn’t just teach you how to land a job.
It teaches you how to believe in yourself again.
How to align your work with your intention. How to step into your next chapter with purpose.
Because when an entire team — from Shobhit to the coaches to the support staff — is standing behind you, championing your aspirations and pushing you to rise, something inside you shifts. You grow. You rise. You begin to dream bigger.
If you’re searching for direction, clarity, or simply a community that believes in you until you can believe in yourself again — look no further.
A deeply inspiring, profoundly supportive journey. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
