Frustrated with interior addict.

I am frustrated with interior addict like the majority on this site. I made an order for 2 pk22 chairs and 2 ph50 lamps in the autumn 2014 and paid up front.
Delivery date was due 21st December 2014. I then received two emails on the 22.12.2014 and 29.01.2015 stating that the orders were due into IA's warehouse after clearing customs. Since then I have heard nothing. I have tried contacting IA via phone and email without success.
I intend to contact the British and European consumer services to register a complaint and see if they are able to help me get my order, or my money back.

it seems Int Addict is/has gone bankrupt

IA is being investigated by European consumer center

Not willingly letting myself be victimised by these crooks I have taken contact with the EU and French consumer organisation. Interior addict and KMA Republic have been reported to the Norwegian, French and UK offices of the European Consumer Center. The French are opening a case. The Norwegian office have had a lot of complains over the last 2 weeks and will shortly decide what kind of actions they will take. Stop ordering from them immediately, it's a sinking ship and don't believe a word of these so-called positive postings here.

Jason Graham is facing criminal legal charges

This is an update.
Since many posts concerning Interior Addict/KMA have been taken off the web for reason of possible slender, here are some facts about the company and its owner Jason Graham. After many complaints of never delivered goods or refunded orders a Facebook group called Interior Addict Customers Group has been formed. Over 300 members have exchanged information to the group of which some appeared to be very vital feed for the companies' liquidators. A clear picture of Jason Graham's opus moderandi has been put together and direct sourced information from the liquidators learns that Graham is facing criminal charges which might well lead to imprisonment. The liquidators are Julie Swan & Mark Richard Phillips of St Martin's House, The Runway, RUISLIP, Middlesex

Some of the customers have recently been refunded by KMA or gotten notification that the order after several months of waiting will now be fulfilled. According to the liquidators this is possibly fed by the fact that outstanding claims of debt over 1million BP are considered to be charged with serious fraud in court.

STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!

I ordered some chairs in June 28, 2014 that I have not yet received.
I have called many times to hear where they are chairs that I paid for.

They apologize in the fact that the chairs were delayed into their stock and that they had problems with the company that was supposed to deliver to them.
They promised me several times that I would soon get my chairs.

Now they do NOT answer the phone anymore, it is not possible to leave a message on their answering machine (because it is full !!!!!!!!) and they do not respond on e-mail.
I'm starting to realize that I most likely NEVER going to get those chairs that I have ordered, although I have ALREADY PAIED for them.

I would strongly advise against ordering anything from this company.

Bestilte og betalte stor ordre den 28 mai 2014. Har enda ikke mottatt varene, og vi får ikke kontakt via telefon eller mail.

Regner pengene våre som tapt.

Den 25 oktober 2014 bestilte jeg en lampe for min mor på nettet og betalte, fik ordrebekræftelse etc. alt gik som det skulle, mine søskende havde købt og fået leveret varer gennem virksomheden flere gange og vi var derfor ikke i tvivl om at det var ok!
Ikke desto mindre har vi ikke fået leveret noget som helst og efter mange henvendelser fik vi en undskyldning og en bekræftelse på at varen skulle leveres den 13. februar 2015 - ikke siden har vi hverken fået leveret varen eller kunne få kontakt til nogen ved henvendelse pr mail eller telefon!!!
Vi ønsker handlen ophævet eller varen leveret nu!

SHAME!

Placed a major order for office furniture beg. November 2014. Credit card charged immediately.
Delivery of 1 chair was estimated pre Christmas. The balance 8-10 weeks.
During January and February we received some feedback. Then explanations of problems with logistics at their own warehouse.
Now, no response from Customer service on mail. Telephone not replied.
Have googled to my best ability to find some contact people of management, but to no avail.
Are they bankrupt?
This is outrageous!!

request my money refunded

been waiting for my order since Jan 29th, which was already in stock when i ordered it, unless they are carrying it and walking it should have been here since few weeks!!! i asked for the damn tracking number, funny they dont have it!!! are they kidding us!!! what a shame,
to those reporting from Norway or Denmark, would you write down in English so that others would get what you are saying,
to those in England, would you kindly hit the closest police station or Scotlandyard or whatever and report it, what are you waiting for!!!!!
bottom line, i want my money back, in Sweden people tend to trust each other, no company would dare to mess around then it will go down and everyone involved will be sentenced!! i am waiting for ACTIONS...
i mean if they are not able to do business just step back, dont steal our money!!!

Feel like hijacked between Interior Addict and the DB Schenker shiipping.

The DB Schenker Company / Estonia still claims, that Interior Addict haven´t paid for the shipment of my order 1300001382.
It is therefor kept "hostage" in the DB Schenker,Tallinn storage and I cannot get my goods. Interior Addict: please do something. Pay you bill to DB Schenker and make sure I get the goods I have bought and paid from your firm. I have been waiting sice august 2014.

Hold dere unna dette selskapet!!

Bestillte møbler i Juni 2014, og har enda ikke fått noe fra dem. De svarer heller ikke på mailen mime for tiden og tar heller ikke telefonen. Dette lukter svindel og vil bare advare alle mot å betale penger til dette firma!!!!

No refund, even I was promised

Interior Addict promised me several times to refund me my money, but still no refund.

I ordered some chairs, but no, they was always delayed, for several months. Finally I got the opportunity to cancel the order and Interior Addict said they would refund me my money in nov. 2013. And still no refund!

It`s almost impossible to get in touch with them! I have e-mailed them a lot of times, often I get "out of office" in return. They never answer phone calls.

My advice to you: don`t order from interior addict.uk or interior addict.no

Still no refund - was promised the refund would happen last week but nothing...so re-posting

(Posted this review hoping it would provoke a response...it did and I was promised the refund was confirmed....but guess what....still no refund!)

Awful but staff do their best.

Ordered a sofa and armchair but almost immediately there was an issue with armchair as it dropped off the order.

Interior addicts assured me there was no issue, sofa arrived but no armchair.

Interior addicts assured me the armchair would be here in September, October, then November and then December. Cancelled my order early December as there was no information on the armchair and I am still waiting on my refund.

I even tried to buy a more expensive chair from in-stock items but was advised by customer service that wouldn't work as instock items were already allocated to other customers.

Other assurances by interior addicts was I could return the sofa if the armchair didn't arrive - tried to arrange this but the return time had expired.

It is near impossible to get through to customer service to chase my payment. I am left out of pocket with a sofa and no matching armchair.

If I do not get a response I will be approaching my credit card company to reclaim my money.

Update - told that the refund was sent but as yet I have nothing. Please advise ASAP. Utterly fed up.

Anbefalles ikke

Jeg har bestilt og betalt fire lamper 21.8.2014 med beregnet leveringstid 21.11. I dag er 17.1.2015 og lampene er fortsatt ikke levert. Siste kontakt med kundeservice hadde jeg for en måned siden. Det eneste jeg får vite er at jeg må vente.

de har prøvd å ringe oss for å avklare vår bestilling. Prøvde å ringe tilbake, men fikk ikke svar. Håper de fortsetter å ringe oss. Hadde vært fint å ordnet opp pr epost.

Not trustworthy

I ordered chairs that were in Stock in early November. When a couple of weeks had passed and my order status was still "Processing" I contacted the Company asking what was happening. They assured me that the chairs were about to be sent. A week later, with no change in status, I e-mailed again, saying that I needed the chairs by Christmas, that was why I chose them, since they had them in Stock., They continued saying that the chairs were on their way.and that I would have them by Christmas.

Another week, no News. I asked for a tracking number. No answer. I then cancelled the order, but wrote that I would not cancel if they could give me proof that the chairs were on their way. They obviously could not, since they accepted the cancellation. So their Insurances that the chairs were on their way were obviously not true.

I now had no chairs for Christmas, and no Money to pay for chairs somewhere else. I asked for a refund before Christmas, they denied it, referring to their rules. Ok, but they also promised me the chairs in time!

The time they told me would pass before the refund has now passed. I have received nothing. I would advice everyone to stay away. This Company can not be trusted.
