Quality product and efficient service
There was a delay in my order being delivered but customer services were really efficient in dealing with the problem. The taps I ordered are beautiful and just what I wanted.

Delivery time 1 week. Always worried about online scams. But this is a genuine company and they answered call resolved delivery query. My wife was home and driver left outside on driveway which is their policy.

Chelsea Towel Rail, Robe Hook and Loo Roll Holder
The products (Chelsea Towel Rail, Robe Hook and Toilet Roll Holder) are of excellent quality and had the finish we required. The 'Postage' however, at £38 is just ludicrous, and as for the lady on the phone telling me they made a loss on that price! Laughable! If I could have found the items elsewhere I would have.
