Same comments than before. The app is too prompt for failure, too many errors especially in the contact center side. UC clients don't have that many issues, but CC clients complain a lot the same issues, audio issues, monitoring tool issues, the app doing weird stuff, logging off when there's a VPN, and the like. Apps like Zoom or RingCentral behave better in this sense. You should provide T2 tools to partners as it's hard to reach them.

I love being able to work from home and answer the company phone as if I am in the office. I can transfer calls to other employees and do everything a business landline phone would do for a fraction of the cost. I have used Intermedia for many years and am very satisfied with their service.
