Joss was so responsive and very helpful in guiding me through my health insurance plan selection process!

Super efficient in answering: quick timing and great help. Joss JimAr was kind and timely available for all my requests.

Worst Insurance ever. I have had this insurance for a year and always paid on time my monthly payment.
The way they operate they will always reject any claims without exception saying they did not get enough information.
Then force you to appeal foe every single claim.
They also label everything as a pre existing condition. I had to go to the ER because I was in pain, how is that pre-existing condition?
Do not purchase, this is one of the worse insurance ever. They are part of United healthcare so that explained a lot.

Her explanations made the entire process much easier for us and helped us understand exactly what we needed to discuss with the school regarding their insurance requirements.

Thanks to her detailed guidance, we were able to choose and purchase a health insurance plan that best suited our needs without making any mistakes. I recently had an issue with extending my policy with International Student Insurance and was worried I might lose my coverage. Thankfully, Staci Farmer from their support team was incredibly helpful throughout the process.
