T5 UVB pro unit - amazing piece of kit, so simple to install, and only one wire, in place of my previous unit that had a huge driver and about 4 wires!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend – excellent products and customer service
I recently visited this shop to purchase a tortoise table and associated setup, and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience from start to finish.
The tortoise table itself is spacious, well designed, and thoughtfully laid out, giving plenty of room for my tortoises to move around comfortably. The substrate provided is the right consistency and clearly well suited for their needs, and the hides are fantastic — my tortoises absolutely love them and settled in straight away.
The basking bulb and heating element holder are very good quality and feel safe and secure, which is something I really value. The UV light kit is also excellent and completes the setup perfectly. Everything felt carefully chosen with reptile welfare in mind.
The shop itself is spacious and well stocked, with a great variety of items available. It caters for all types of reptiles, not just tortoises, and there’s plenty to browse without feeling cramped or rushed.
What really stood out was the customer service. The staff were genuinely lovely, very pleasant, and extremely helpful — happy to answer questions and offer advice without any pressure. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and reassuring.
I also really like that they have a reward points system, allowing you to earn points on purchases and redeem them for money off future visits — a great bonus and encouragement to return.
Overall, I honestly couldn’t ask for more. Great products, knowledgeable and friendly staff, a well-designed shop, and excellent customer care. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for quality reptile supplies.

Company didn't deliver an order for over 10 days. Had to chase for updates twice. I went to an alternative supplier and received the items the next day. When internet reptile finally got DX to deliver the package, the driver just dumped the parcel and ran, didn't even ring the bell or knock. I saw him through the window so went out to his van. He wouldn't accept that I had by now arranged with Internet Reptile and DX for the package to be refused on delivery and it returned to sender. I had to battle and in the end say that I wasn't the person at the address so I'm not accepting it. He said "just leave it outside your door then if it's not yours". He asked me for ID to prove I wasn't the person on the parcel. He eventually took the parcel back. I complained to Internet Reptile and DX and now, over a week later and another chase, have not heard anything back regards the complaint and request for info regards why the driver apparently obtained a signature and photo proof of delivery. Haven't heard a sausage. Not a bean. Speaks volumes about their customer service, or lack thereof and their attitude to poor delivery driver conduct with their valuables and live insect stock inside. What a shambles. Never spending my money with them again. Incompetent and irresponsible. Rude and ignorant staff. Dnt be fooled by their "loyalty money off" no wonder they need to coax people in to sticking with them if this is how they treat you and their property/live food. They have refunded the original money now the package is back. Lame! Need to do better! I'm sure there will be some generic response to this feedback here but how about getting round to the complaint and chase email I have sent, we're over a week since it was sent. Not holding my breath.

ordered medium dubai roaches, 16-20mm i got dubai roaches measuring 30mm plus, these are far too big for my pet was asked to take images confirm my order and was told what i received was correct, really? also signed up for a recurring subscription and was told it can be cancelled anytime via my online account page this was not the case, i cancelled this as they cant get order correct.

Thank you for sending the image. I understand your frustration with receiving roaches that appear larger than expected. The medium-sized Dubia Cockroaches should typically range from 16-20 mm and the sizing on the photo shows this to be the case. Could you confirm what size you were expecting? wish Trustpilot would let you load images.

They use a courier called DX infamous for it's horrible customer service and care when delivering. Sent my package to the wrong house without informing me in the tracking. Kept emailing internetreptile after a week they finally provided a picture of the door it was delivered to luckily i recognised it but unfortunately for me they had disposed of it as they had put the incorrect address on the parcel so my neighbour didn't know who to give it to. Its been one month of emailing back and forth as they take 3 days to respond and they've made it very clear they have no intention of sending a replacement or providing a refund, as they claim that delivering it to a neighbour is sufficient. Keep in mind i never nominated anyone else to look after such an expensive package, let alone a house on another street who isn't even my neighbour.

I ordered 4 UVB tubes to get all my snakes lights swapped over for the new year. Unfortunately one arrived broken, which worried me, from previous experience with other companies I thought getting a replacement would be difficult, the company would blame the courier and vise versa, but no, a replacement bulb was offered straight away, free of charge. Excellent customer service and a great way to build trust

I do love this site, delivery is always quick. I also love the customer service, they always get back to you, which many sites don’t and they are so helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly reccommend and I have bought from them a handful full of times, including lamp set up.
