INTRO Avis 42

I really wanted to like Intro Clothing. The aesthetic is great, and the store is beautifully laid out. However, my experience as a customer was deeply disappointing and left me feeling frustrated.

The sales associate, Oliver, was initially very friendly, but the assistance quickly turned into intense pressure. Instead of listening to what I was looking for, I was repeatedly steered towards more expensive items that didn't suit my stated style or needs. It felt less like a styling session and more like a hard sell targeting my insecurities.

When I voiced a mild concern about the price of an outfit they were pushing, the associate dismissed it and insisted it was a "must-have" and a "classic investment piece." I felt my budget and my own opinion were not respected.

Ultimately, I left without making a purchase, feeling embarrassed and manipulated. A good clothing store should make you feel confident and heard. Intro Clothing did the opposite. I won't be returning and would caution others to go in with a substantial idea of what they want, and not to be swayed by aggressive sales tactics.

I have passed Intro lots of time and also browsed their web page but never visited before. I was looking for a pair of trainers but have some very specifc requirements. They were very helpful and I came away with just what I was looking for. Having worn them just the once for an hour they are perfect for a what I need, Very friendly people and nothing is too much trouble but you pay for it!
I normal spend hours searching on line but this time I didn't and it has cost me money, they was a significant up lift on the RRP on the trainers. I paid £170 but they are quoted by the manufacture £135 as do other retailers. I would have walked out had I know and literally purchased them in another store 100 yards away. I o wonder what other items they over charge on.

Proper brand, quality clothing and different styles, not just oversized tees and streetwear. Love intro!

The chat function and personnel on the other end on the site are very helpful. The shipping policy wasn't the most clear at first. Next time I will attempt to specify before completing the order. Great, smooth experience otherwise.

Amazing independent small business very current and on trend with style options. Placed my order on a Sunday evening and received on the Tuesday so if you are looking free next day delivery, Intro will deliver- very impressed first time customer and will definitely go back and shop here.
