I did the Intro Travel Tour in New Zealand and it was just great. Very kind people in the tour with me but most importantly the group lead Michaela was outstanding. Competent, empathetic, funny and just great to talk to. Can only recommend.

Absolute 5 star experience of a lifetime! I did the 9 day South Island New Zealand tour and had an amazing time. Thank you so so much to our great tour guide Mish who worked so hard and did such a great job. Made friends for life and had a great time. Full itinerary with many optional activities.

I have just finished the 17 day Intro New Zealand trip and have had the absolute time of my life. There were a lot of fun activities on offer and I cannot recommend Mish as a tour guide enough. She was helpful, supportive, funny, and a friend as much as a tour guide. Anybody is lucky to have her as their leader, she really made the trip a special one.

Just finished the NZ Adventure tour and it was the best experience and money spent ever. Booking process and lead up to the tour was super easy and was given plenty of info. The tour was well structured and a really good mix of activities to keep us entertained, lots of extra activities and alternatives to choose from as well as time to relax. A big fat shout out to Mish (our tour leader), she was an absolute gem and super attentive to all 20 of us. She made the tour for me and provided heaps of support and fun 24/7, i miss her already! Would recommend Intro to anyone and already have a deposit down for the next one :)

Me and my partner have just finished the Vietnam and Cambodia intro trips, we have had an amazing 21 days and seen and done loads, from cultural stops to boat days and nights out. These trips are a great way to meet new people and explore and experience the country’s best bits. We have also done the Bali, Thailand and Sri Lanka trips aswell and loved them all!

We’ve travelled with Intro 3 times now and every time we leave more than satisfied. The itineraries are packed full of culture, sights, activities and amazing food. Our tour guide makes everything so much easier, from recommendations to advice and directions. We’ve still got 2 more trips booked with Intro, that’s how great they are.

I had an amazing trip in Cambodia with my crazy fun leader Seyha. The itinerary was well done at a good pace we had a mix of great included activities as well as as our own free time to do our own thing. Seyha made us fill safe, had a wealth of knowledge about any places we went and his passion for his country really shon through the entire time which really made the trip.

So many amazing moments and memories. Everything ran so smoothly and our group leader Aaryan was an absolute legend and made sure we all had the best time. Our tour guide as well was superb.

I’ve just done the 13 day Japan trip and it was amazing!! We did and saw so much! Really was a trip of a lifetime! We had Dan H as our leader and he was so good! The trip wouldn’t have been the same without him, he shared so much knowledge and made sure we had the best time! Highly recommend travelling with intro and if you get Dan as your leader even better!

I recently did the Intro 17 day tour in Japan and had an awesome time. I wanted to give a special shoutout to my tour leader Lachie. He’s such a genuinely lovely guy and made sure everyone felt included and supported. I never felt unsafe with him as my tour leader, always knew what I was doing and where I was going - which is impressive considering some of the travel days were quite a lot. He was good fun, always smiling and happy to help with anything. He was very informative of places we visited and things we did and his knowledge and passion for history was very engaging.
He really is an asset to your company and I know that any tours he has in the future will feel the exact same. Thanks Lachie ✌🏼and I look forward to more Intro tours!

I had such an amazing time on the Japan trip and part of that is due to Lachie’s fantastic job as a group leader! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about Japan and you will leave this trip learning so many cool things and facts. He brought excitement to the trip, always supportive and positive and made sure to engage with everyone so that no one felt left out ever. I highly recommend Intro Travel and if you are lucky to get Lachie as your group leader, trust me you will have an amazing time 😊

I love how they consider supporting the local communities and environment. The activities were really nice and showcase the culture and landmarks really nicely! I like how it’s a good mix of relax and activity time. They really take care of us and we don’t have to worry about any travelling its all organised for us. I want to do all my travels with Intro if possible

Just finished the 13 day tour of Japan which was amazing! Great itinerary and enough free time to do your own thing as well! We had Adam Pyzer as our group leader and he was awesome! Aways offering assistance,support and information at every turn! The tour ran super smoothly because of him working tirelessly yet he was always fun to be around and felt like part of the group! Plus he was pretty sexy too which always helps! Definitely recommend this tour!

Just finishing up my tour of South Africa with Liezel. She has been the most amazing tour guide and has ensured that we are all safe, organised and on time everyday. Her knowledge of South Africa and all of the information that she shared with us was just so eye opening, and she truly made the trip once in a lifetime. I was so lucky with such a great group and I don’t want to leave. South Africa has a piece of my heart. Thanks Liezl!

Liezl is the best guide you can get for South Africa! She makes sure everyone is safe whilst still having an amazing time. Full of wonderful knowledge, answering any crazy questions you may have. She showed us the best South Africa can offer. It was a trip in a lifetime I’ll never forget.

Have just finished the 12 day intro vietnam tour and couldn’t be happier!! The itinerary was packed full of activities in every location and we were able to just fully relax and enjoy ourselves!!

As a bit of an anxious traveller, our amazing group leader Taylor Denby fostered such a fun and inclusive environment, going above and beyond to make sure we all had the trip of a lifetime (including a 10/10 boat karaoke performance, lots of fun facts, and some excellent veggie food recs)!!!

We were a smaller group which allowed us to bond really quickly and we ran alongside another larger combo Asia trip and both Taylor and Liam made it super easy to get to know both groups which made it even more fun!! Intro are lucky to have them both!! ⭐️

Just completed my fourth Intro tour: Vietnam Intro 9 days! Another amazing tour by Intro, everything was so well organized and there were plenty of activities to do in each location! It's hard to pick a favorite stop on the trip, each place is so unique and equally fun. All of the activities and transportation went very smoothly, I didn't have to think about anything each day except to just show up :) My only wish is that I had time to do the full 12 days! All of the included activities were great, especially the cycling day in Ninh Binh, and the cooking class and coconut boats in Hoi An. Our wonderful leader, Taylor, was right there with us the whole way and made the trip so memorable. She is extremely knowledgeable about Vietnam and gave us amazing recommendations in each town. The trip would not have been the same without her, and I am so grateful to have been part of her group! What an epic trip I will never forget!

Everything is organised so good. Also Taylor (I did the Intro Vietnam 12 days) was a lovely leader of our group. We all had so much fun with her. It felt like a big friendgroup.

I completed the INTRO Cambodia tour and really enjoyed the whole experience. The tour covers so many beautiful parts of Cambodia with the opportunity to learn lots. Our group leader Logan was fantastic. As the only newcomer to the group in Cambodia, Logan really made a great effort to ensure I felt included and welcome within the group. He had great knowledge of the areas we visited, a very positive energy and was so friendly to everyone in the group. He is an excellent leader to have as part of the INTRO tour.
