Great local company who price matched another quote I had from one of the bigger central heating companies. I will always fully support a local business versus a multinational. So far they have been 100% reliable and the boiler installation was very quick and efficient. Well done to the Inver-Heat team who seem to have fully established themselves in the local community, fully deserving the great reviews they have received to date.

I had a problem with the pilot flame ignition and had no water or heating. I called the company on a Sunday evening and they advised me someone would be out the next morning and true to their word this was done and my problem was fixed. Eventually we found out it was a blocked overflow pipe and was easy to fix. 100% in my eyes

The boiler install was carried out professionally. The engineers arrived on time and explained things clearly. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything is working perfectly and I’m very happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely first class service. A breath of fresh air in today’s market where tradesmen continue don’t turn up or return calls. Inver-heat were fantastic, turned up when they said they would, always on the end of the phone to answer questions, the invoice was the same as the figure quoted at the start, and all the plumbers who attended the installation were polite and approachable! Well done lads.

Cannot recommend Inverheat highly enough on recent boiler replacement. David, Jason & Luke are very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, any queries I had (a few) were answered and acted upon timeously. There was a problem (obsolete pipes) which was identified and rectified by David, this was nothing whatsoever to do with the very high standard of quality of workmanship which is second to none. Clear communication throughout. Hive controls explained fully. Why go anywhere else.

A year ago, they replaced 4 radiators, all fine since.
They came out 5 days before last Christmas, determinedly chased down a leak that had run along beams between floors and repaired same day, saving the family Christmas.
Last week they removed a gas fire.
This week, they attended next day and replaced a shower.
And today tackled a really tricky job to remove pipework left in a cupboard by a previous company who changed the boiler. We had no idea what the pipes were. The guy put in a real shift, it is done and everything in working order as before. I've asked other companies about this task and they avoided it, so really appreciate that it's done.
The staff indoors are also really helpful arranging everything. They helped me move this current project right along, much quicker than would otherwise have been possible.

Phoned Tuesday to see about getting someone out to give me a quote after the guy left quote was received half an hour later and work was carried out the next day. Left my house tidy and removed old boiler and radiator. Cant recommended them enough.

Excellent fast efficient service from the guys at Inver-Heat. Called to say they were on their way arrived, carried out repair to radiator clean and tidy throughout the job thanks. Happy customer would definitely recommend

Emergency plumbing call out for a burst flexible hose in bathroom sink. David was here within the hour and fixed the problem straightaway after requesting some pictures. Friendly and helpful and efficient. Thank you.

Inver-Heat is one of the most professional companies I have come across in a long time. My old combi boiler failed, leaving me with no heating or hot water and would be too expensive to repair for it's age, so I decided to replace it.
On a friend's recommendation I called Inver-Heat and within 30 mins David arrived to look at the job and advise me on boiler options, an hour later I had a quote clearly detailing the scope of work and the very competitive cost, which I went ahead with.
The two gas engineers who installed the boiler did a first class job and were courteous throughout.
48 hours after my first call to Inver-Heat I now had a modern new boiler and heating and hot water, my house was left so tidy that you would not have known any work had taken place.
So I will certainly use Inver-Heat from now on and highly recommend this company!

Some radiators needed replaced and they came out to check and within a couple of days all were fixed and/or replaced. Fast and excellent service as always, its great to be able to trust a Trade company.
