Investeren via obligaties in het Windpark Fryslân.
Er wordt gevraagd om aan te vinken dat je nettovermogen minimaal 200.000,00 € bedraagt. Dit is een verplicht veld. Ik ben benieuwd hoeveel investeerders echt aan deze voorwaarde voldoen.

Bedankt voor uw oprechte review.
Aangezien Invesdor een vergunning heeft onder ESCP-R licentie moeten wij investeerders beschermen, en dit houdt ook in dat wij u erop moeten wijzen, vanuit het oogpunt van beleggersbescherming, dat u niet meer dan 5% van uw nettovermogen in één project zou moeten investeren.
Het aangegeven bedrag als nettovermogen in de vraag staat dus niet gelijk aan het geld dat op uw rekening moet staan. De tool die we weergeven biedt inzicht in het risico dat u financieel kan dragen en hoe dit netto vermogen berekend wordt. De tool is enkel een hulpmiddel om u als investeerder te beschermen van mogelijke investeringen die als onverstandig geacht worden.
I feel pretty cheated
I feel pretty cheated: for my very first and only investment in a sustainable housing concept in the Netherlands, the liquidation of the investment was announced even before the first payouts. The company would not have made it through the tough times, which is completely against the grain, considering all my sustainable investments are doing well.
A brief note of apology was received from the entrepreneur and then (less than 2 months later) only the news that the trustee handled everything and exactly zero euros remained for Invesdor's investors. Loss is 100%!!! Feels like a scam!!!
In this matter, Investor has done zero, nothing, nada for their investors. Their messaging also shows no effort to do anything for their investors either. I invest on multiple platforms and even the worst crowd platform is better than Invesdor. I would not recommend Invesdor to anyone. Don't do it, it's not worth your money!!!

The investment you participated in was structured as a convertible bond, which is a high-risk financing instrument commonly utilized by start-up and scale-up companies.
It's important to note that such companies are often in a phase of growth and may not yet be profitable. Convertible bonds typically convert into shares of the company, with potential for increased value as the company grows.
Regrettably, despite the best efforts of all parties involved, including the entrepreneur and the trustee, the company encountered financial difficulties, leading to its liquidation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this situation has caused you.
It's important to understand that convertible bonds are inherently high-risk investments, and there is no guarantee of returns. In the unfortunate event of a company defaulting, convertible bondholders are typically subordinated to other creditors, such as banks. In this case, there were insufficient funds available to repay any of the convertible bond providers.

Übersichtlich und transparent. Ratings helfen bei der Orientierung. Bei manchen Projekten fragt man sich, wozu Invesdor herangezogen wird. Kosten könnten noch transparenter sein, auch in Bezug auf die Provision von Invesdor.

Convertible bonds - locked shares - poor expericene
They recently had an equity increase and converted their convertible bonds into equity. However, the newly issued shares cannot be traded anywhere. So the investors in their company now loose all interest payments going forward and are sitting on shares with no possibility to liquidate them in the foreseeable future.
So I cannot recommend to anyone to invest in this company or in any of their projects

Great platform for investment
I've been using Invesdor for a while now, and it's been a positive experience. The platform offers a wide range of investment opportunities, and I've had the chance to invest in interesting growth companies. The user experience is good, as it is easy to explore and select projects to invest in.
The international reach of Invesdor is also a plus for me, as it opens up opportunities to diversify beyond my local market. However, I'd love to see more diverse investment options and possibly even lower minimum investment amounts for certain projects.

Benutzerfreundliche Plattform mit Vielzahl an Projekten
Ich bin begeistert von meiner Erfahrung mit Invesdor als Anleger! Diese Crowdfinanzierungsplattform hat sich als gute Wahl erwiesen, um mein Geld direkt in Unternehmen zu investieren, die mir gefallen.
Besonders gut finde ich, dass es viele Projekte gibt in die ich investieren kann. Kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Bereichen und neuerdings sogar Projekte aus dem Bereich der erneuerbaren Energie.
Die Informationen auf der Plattform sind sehr übersichtlich, gut zu vergleichen zwischen den Projekten und umfassen, so dass ich mich leicht zu den Finanzkennzahlen und Risiken informieren kann.
Auch wenn ich schon vereinzelte Ausfälle verbuchen musste, ist meine Rendite nach wie vor positiv, so dass ich auch weiter hier investieren werde.

Hallo liebe Investoren und interressierte,
habe leichtgläubigerweise bei der Möbelmanufaktur über "Invesdor" damals kapilendo investiert.
Die investition endete für mich vorzeitig, natürlich mit verlusten meinerseits.
Das Unternehmen existiert noch und hat die Investition abgebrochen, also nicht konkurs... Soll wohl legal sein zum Wohle des Unternehmens, so investiert man doch gern, nie wieder...
