I usually don't leave written reviews, but Insight Investigations completed a mission impossible in my case! They found my friend from almost 30 years ago (sensitive background, and not really public records). I was patient and trusted the process, the investigator was so kind responding to my concerns, and assuring me of possible outcomes. With much gratitude I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Not sure why a person wrote such a negative review here Maybe he was told bad news - that he didn't like. !! The precise opposite experience from my perspective. I needed information about "greedy" family members raiding my ailing mum's assets. This firm provided everything and more I needed within 48 hours. I am a very exacting consumer, whatever I buy; first to moan; but, always first to praise. First time experience with this sort of firm - and I found them top notch. And the fee very reasonable. I felt I got great "bang for my bucks" as the saying goes.

Such an easy company and person(Karen) to deal with. Understood what I required and explained the practicalities of what could/could not be achieved. The information I required was provided in no time at all

A waste of £700

You'll likely not get results if you use this company. Staff is exceptionally rude and lazy.

A better way to get through identity fraud is to work closely with the credit agencies to reverse searches etc (it takes more time but you'll save £700).

Cannot thank Elliott enough as yesterday I shared the Coronation celebratikns with my estranged sister of 66 years, we were separated as young children. He found her within 48 hours and we both will be forever grateful to him.

Contacted insight who put me onto investigater called Elliot. He quoted price of two hundred and 50 which then changed later to 350. Sent him all the info he needed and then he never responded to me after that. Completely wasted my time here. Wouldn't recommend this company. If there was an option for a no stars rating thats what I would have given
