The Company keeps calling us stating they are from blockchain explore and saying they want to refund some of the money that we lost. They want to log into our bank account via any desk and end up so rude when we say no! This is the investment centre online trying to get more money from us. They are evil evil people. They took over a million dollars from us and they just never stop. This is not the first phone call from them. I’ve just had enough and I want to let other people know. They are so manipulative, don’t fall for their tactics thinking you are going to get a refund. I contacted blockchain and they said they would never ask to log into anyones computer and that this is another scam. Be aware.
The people gat work there have no empathy, no compassion. I think they are all narcissists.

We invested a small amount with them back in December 2020. We advised them that we only wanted to make enough money to pay off our children's housing loans to help them while we were still alive instead of them having to wait to get our inheritance. The accounts manager and and the finance manager hounded us with phone calls every day emotionally blackmailing us and pressuring us to the point of exhaustion to put more money in, promising us the world. We did put in more money from our Superannuation. The accounts manager stated that if we were in the millionaire's club our money would grow quickly. To cut a long story short when we reached $3,200,000 in our trading account, that was enough to do everything we wanted to do. Well, when we went to draw it out the finance manager said we had to pay fees of $300,000. My husband and I had put everything into the Centre and had no money left. We had to take it out of our housing loan. We thought if we pay the fees we will get our money and be able to pay off the debt. What a joke! They kept asking us for more money in fees as they stated another trade went through before we paid the total amount of the fees on the $3,200,000. We then drew more money out of our loan (we had a viridian account) but we never got our money back. In total we have lost $1,700,000 of our own money. All our life savings. We will have to sell our house now to pay off the debt as we are pensioners and cant afford the repayments. We owe $323,000 on our loan. If we could pay this off we could keep our house but there is no way on the pension and the little work I do that we could survive and pay off the loan. NEVER NEVER NEVER invest with them. They treat you like family to coerce you into relinquishing all your funds with them saying the money is better off invested than in the bank. My husband and I have been so ill after this happened, we are sick to the stomach and our mental health is suffering. Why can people do this to other people, they have no guilt, no compassion, nothing except to get every penny from you they can. They tried to get us so sign a waiver form releasing the Company and respective predecessors, parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and a whole paragraph listing every other person associated with them. There is a whole page of information similar to the above. We did not sign this. This goes to show they are admitting guilt which will be used against them.
Their name was theinvestmentcentre.co.uk. They have now changed their domain name to investmentcentre.online.
