Easy!
It was a very easy process to set up everything. The actual purchasing of the investments took longer than expected but that's not really a problem, I am looking at it as a long term investment.

Easy sign up
Easy sign up but would like to see DD and auto investment options. Maybe these are available but I wasn't fussed on looking due to the fact I had to transfer money in then wait then come back to invest.

We do offer auto-invest - you will find this functionality on the "My Plan" page.
We don't offer DDs, but you can set up an automatic payment to our bank account in order to fund the auto-invest plan.

Very good
Our son who is in IT set up the InvestNow system for us as he has done so for himself and family. I asked him to rate that and he said 4 star and user friendly.
We will get familiar with the system when we start investing.

Great, but lacks a good mobile experience
Overall, great functionality and low costs. Makes investing easier to access.
However, InvestNow lacks a mobile app. The email verification method for every login painful for mobile users. Even bank apps have figured it out.
Makes it hard to access account on the go.

Hi Alex, thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback.
You can change your Passcode preference to receive them as text messages, if that suits you better. Login into your account, select "Account Settings" (top right hand side of home page), select "My Details" and then towards the bottom of that page there is the option to change "Login security preference" ... this is where you select to receive your passcode to your mobile.

Very happy with the simplicity of the service once you get used to it. It’s early days would a bit more choice in commodities and maybe gold etf. Europe and uk isn’t well represented either. Otherwise great way to cheaply invest in collectives

Good where it matters, but...
It was easy to create an account, transfer funds and invest. Everything works as it should. The only thing I don't like is the cosmestic look and feel of the website...it just feels a little tired and dated. Time for a refresh!
