Customer service was very good when I forgot a few steps in the process, an InvestNow staff member prompted me straight away via email. Maybe a few more pop up instructions for first timers might have helped me navigate the initial investment- otherwise a straight forward process.

Invest now is fine until they pestered me with HOW DID WE PERFORM emails.

Many options of funds. Good rates for term deposit! But it seems that we can only buy funds using market price. Cannot find the option for limit order (set our preferred price for purchasing and selling).

Opening an account was a breeze. I was impressed with the online forms and online identity verification, which is much more streamlined than having to get multiple documents certified and/or provide hard copies. It only took a couple of days, compared to two weeks for one fund manager.
Once set up, the investment process is easy. There is a good range of funds to chose from and the investor portal has useful information to monitor the performance of your funds.

I feel like InvestNow is the perfect place to start my investment portfolio.

The interface is very simple and yet very confusing. I'm surprised to feel so in the dark given how much research I did into InvestNow before investing through the platform.

I'm not sure what many of the terms mean on the home page and would love some clarification on how to understand what each column mean.
eg. Qty, Price, Value, FX, NZD, Actions

There appeared to be a mysterious $100 fee taken out of my initial investment (which turned out to be related to the FX changing, I was later told). There was zero transparency around this.
It's unclear which figures change every day and which do not.
The only thing that makes sense is the 'orders' page.
On the 'actions' graph, it would be so helpful to see plotted on the graph when my orders were made (like how Sharesies does).

It's not fun feeling in the dark about some things when it's all your life savings. But I guess if this was easy everyone would do it. Hopefully I'll figure it out over time.

Setting up an account is an absolute nightmare, in fact I’m still not fully set up because the online identification verification won’t validate me even tho multiple other websites have when using the same info. Now when I try I’m told to attach documents but there is no where in the registration for me to attach documents so I gave up after the third attempt. Maybe I’ll try again in the future.

It was easy to setup and to transfer the money however I was three days not knowing whether the money had gone through and would’ve appreciated a email at the time of transfer
also every time I want to look at the balance there’s a security I would prefer this to be an app that I could just go into

Friendly to start with. Easy to access resources on investments. I'd like an app though to avoid having to 2 factor authenticate every single time I check on it.

A very simple process with clear forms to complete. The subsequent investment process is also simple and easy to follow.
