Investorsdream Avis

Just fantastic. Sanjeev is very approachable and humble. The entire process is handled very well and Sanjeev has provided guidance along the way.
He has given me immense time and effort to explain the process, clear my doubts on multiple occasions. I know, I can always reach out to him even if I am not actively pursuing an investment opportunity. Highly recommend their services.

Recently bought an amazing property with Sanjeev’s help and guidance. I must admit it was an amazing experience. Being a newbie, his educational videos and information meetings were very helpful. At every step he and his team were there to guide. Help and Services he provided post finalising the property was even more beneficial. He lined up all the vendors, property managers etc for which I would not have had any time otherwise. Thank you Sanjeev. I am eager to start this journey all over again !.

We recently bought an investment property with Sanjeev's help. Sanjeev and his team were fantastic to work with. We had very clear explanations on each step, starting from discussing our goals, picking the right property - till the settlement and even finding a good property management firm.

It has been a year since our investment and we are already seeing good capital growth along with an excellent rental yield.

We felt very comfortable working with Sanjeev and are already in discussion for the next one very soon.

Kudos to Sanjeev and Investors dream. Keep up the great work.

Good buyers agent for a First Time buyer. Sanjeev is very patient and explains in a calm and collected voice all questions, queries and doubts you have. Always follows-up to keep things on-track. Has a very good network of professionals to tap into to get services done. Has also negotiated special rates to get common investment property related activities sorted out. Highly recommended.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Investor's Dream, and we cannot emphasize enough how invaluable their expertise was in helping us purchase our first investment property. From start to finish, their professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication to our goals made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Investor's Dream has in-depth knowledge on the property market. They were proactive in searching for suitable properties, leveraging their extensive network to access off-market opportunities. Their diligent research and thorough due diligence played a crucial role in identifying the right investment property that met our criteria.

Sanjeev was always prompt and responsive, addressing any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Throughout the transaction, Sanjeev was there every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and timely closing. He helped to connect with the necessary parties, such as inspectors, lenders, and attorneys, to ensure all requirements were met. He guided us on the next steps, connected us with the right people and we were able to secure good tenants even before the settlement was completed.

If you are searching for a buyer's agent who will go above and beyond to help you purchase your first or next investment property, look no further. Their dedication, market knowledge, and negotiation skills will undoubtedly exceed your expectations. Thank you to Investor's Dream for their outstanding service, and we look forward to working with them in the future.

“Investors Dream was highly recommended by a colleague, who has already bought three investment properties with Sanjeev and was very happy with the results.

In our case we really needed someone to work closely with us, as a first-time investor we had no idea where to start and we are glad that we chose Sanjeev to work with.

Sanjeev was really there along with us throughout the journey, even after buying the property he helped us to find good property manager. He was just a phone call away, as a first-time investor we had a lot of queries, and he used to answer all of them very patiently.

It was wonderful working with the whole team, we’ve got what we wanted, and it met all our requirements. We would highly recommend Investors Dream to anyone who is looking to invest in properties.”

Sanjeev and the entire Investors Dream are very diligent and passionate about what they do. The team helped me buy an investment property in a high capital growth area with a great rental yield. The overall journey was amazing. The start of the interaction was with getting knowledge on real estate investment. We found his education videos very easy to understand and can assist any level of investor. The videos also explain the key principles used by him and his team to create a comfortable portfolio. After completing the videos, we were very clear on what type of investment we wanted to go for and what is the risk involved in it. The next step was very critical which was to pen down the actual goal we had. The exercise helped me and my partner to actually sit and discuss what we wanted to achieve and the priorities for each. A true self-reflection. Once this was completed, Sanjeev and the team were able to find the property which matched our expectations. The overall time taken to secure the investment was quite fast. The best outcome for us was the coming of a great team structure secured by Sanjeev. Starting from mortgage broker to tax agent, valuation team, building inspection, and property management. It was almost like a custom journey map was created for us and we just had to complete our due diligence at each stage.
I highly recommend Sanjeev's buyer's agent service for any type of property need. Can’t wait to use his services again for our next step.

We are glad that we found Sanjeev via LinkedIn and decided to work with him.

I feel it’s worth the investment, we never had to hunt for anyone such as, solicitor, property manager or building and pest inspector, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The best part I liked working with Sanjeev that he was just a phone call away, whenever we had any concern, we could reach out to him, irrespective of the time of the day.

I would highly recommend Investors Dream to anyone who is looking to buy their first/next investment property.

The experience we had with Investors Dream has been fantastic. As first time investors, Sanjeev and his team taught us about investing while taking us through each step of the process. The property they found us is perfect for our budget and I know we couldn’t have found that ourselves. For people unsure about property investment- the team at Investors Dream will support you every step of the way.

I was very sceptical to hire a BA mainly due to trust issues and being my first IP i was very cautious to choose a right one. I can say with a smile on my face that it couldn't get any better then Investors Dream. Sanjeev and his team are true professionals, right from the initiation to the settlement of the property.
