I would have given this company 5* but its communication is absolutely horrendous. After booking them, I then read the bad reviews!!! I done so much panicking before my wedding that they would let me down but thankfully they never. I asked could somebody decorate the coach for us, which we were happy to pay for but nobody ever contacted me & they turned up undecorated. If you are after no communication but a basic service this is for you but I doubt I’d book them twice just because it’s probably actually easier to speak to the king of England than anyone who works here.

Driver was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Arrived at the location on time for drop off and pick up. First time using this service and would recommend to anyone else, will 100% be using again. Thank you very much!! You made my evening stress free.

Requested a driver and minibus, received email acknowledging the request but never got back with a price and availability. No comms whatsoever and having to chase then being asked to provide screenshots to a WhatsApp number! Cowboy outfit

Brilliant service for moving 53 Scouts for a day trip. Competitive quote, and email to confirm. When I rang day before to check pick up and drop off the phone was answered promptly and details confirmed. Friendly efficient driver who dropped us near venue and was prompt for pickup.

Great experience using this company. We were in desperate need for a minibus for 14 people a few days before a long trip to Exeter and back. The company provided us with a great price and service and saved our trip.

I booked a minibus for 30 people at a cost of £585 and they never showed! 1 month on and I am still trying to get my refund! No one answers the phone or replies to emails.

We booked several coaches through them. There was issue after issue. Firstly, what sort of company only has a WhatsApp and when you phone them tells you to just use the WhatsApp. They don't reply to messages in a timely fashion or with the information requested. Frequently, they simply reply with 'Don't worry about it' when asking about what time and where the coach will pick up, what the phone number of the driver is etc. Secondly, they are only an agent not a coach company and so none of the coaches they book are theirs. Seemingly, they don't even know most of the time what sort of coach will show up and what they have booked it for. On our first booking, we booked a 55 seater and a 16 seater which we had paid to be with us all day. What appeared was a (late) 83 seater and a 16 seater. The only contact details we got were for the 16 seater who didn't know that there was another coach coming as they had been booked with different companies and made us believe there wasn't a second coming. The big coach that we had paid to have all day turned out to be a school bus and although we had said we needed to be picked up at 4 wasn't available until 5.30 because it was doing the school run. Not what we paid for at all. It also meant that we missed the dinner in our accommodation and had to pay for dinner for 60 a second time when we returned. The issues we have faced have gone on and on and I really cannot advise enough that you do not use this shamefully bad company.

As an agency we booked some airport transfers and bus transfers around Leicester. Great service, always on time and very flexible. Thank you to all the team.

I wouldn’t say do not use but just make sure you have clear conversations.
Booked my travel for my wedding January 2022 in Skipton Explained it will be 3 bridesmaids me in a big dress and my mum so requested a mini bus for us. They said no problem 6 seater minimum £80 (taxi would have been £16) I knew I was paying more for the minibus. On the morning of my wedding I rang the company as my transport hadn’t arrived to be ensured it was in the car park - it was in the car park a 5 seater hatchback taxi. The driver said there’s no way I’m getting you all in here comfortably. The company did nothing to resolve this and I had transport last minute to my wedding. All in all not sure they listened to what I needed to book and not sure what exactly I paid for.

We had a perfect experience today! A small mix up on our end, and they were quick to accommodate our party, and fast! Will definitely used them again! Thank you!
