Hi Inwohn,
I'd like to get back to you about my order from May. At the beginning of July, you tried to ship the item again, but it never arrived the first time. Since I haven't heard anything back, I'd like to cancel. The order is a gift for my husband, whose birthday was at the end of June. It's absolutely ridiculous. Why do you offer goods that, three months later, still haven't reached the customer? Please refund my money. This is my second message with this request.
