Can't find anything negative at all to say. Great service from staff who clearly know what they're doing. Friendly and easy going environment to shop in (take as long as you need). No pressure sales, just helpful and knowledgeable staff. I've done 36 years in commission based retail sales. I'd happily take any of the staff in the West George St. shop. They're lucky to have them.

The team in the West George Street, Glasgow branch are fantastic. Very helpful and professional. The glasses are lovely too with modern styles and are excellent value for money.

The level of care if very good. The staff are always pleasant and happy to assist you. There is no pressure on you and the staff just let you walk around trying on different glasses. Prices are very good too.

From entering the Glasgow shop staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Once my new glasses were ready i popped in to collect these and they made sure fitting was good before i left shop. Alround a great experience.

i have a very high prescription, the woman who handled me and my glasses was very aware of that and incredibly helpful with choosing my frames, i bought a thinner pair and a thick pair incase the thin ones were too heavy.

I was astounded when my glasses came very soon, and my thin pair looked absolutely amazing despite how strong my prescription is.

Just really easy

Was told order would be five days. It was, but glasses were wrong.
Was told they would “rush” the job as they had got it wrong.
Went to shop five days later. Told snootily that it was “up to twelve days”. As if I was in the wrong for asking. This phrase was repeated four times as if I couldn’t understand it. When I pointed out that I had been promised a “rush” job they effectively shrugged.
Went into shop two days later. Received exactly the same snotty attitude.
When the glasses were eventually ready I collected them. No apology. No reference to my extended wait.
Have bought before but will never buy again.

I attended the West George Street branch just on closing time on Tuesday this week, after an elderly friend fell badly on the streetb and damaged her glasses. Imogen and Alex could not have been more helpful and kind. HUGE thanks to both members of staff for their concern, expert advice, help and kindness. So highly recommended. Thank you!

I arrived in the shop after a very roundabout detour because of the recent fire at Central Station so was a bit harassed. All staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Got my glasses tightened and just had to buy a new pair which arrived by post promptly. Thank you to everyone who helped me and made this experience so lovely.
