Initial money transfer went fine, and downloads too. Seemed like really good stuff.
However now their paypal account is suspended for over a week. And it routes through some sketchy sites. Feels illegal, although it maybe isnt technically. Since its all working (except for new money transfers) I guess its still legit...

Anyways since I cant use creditcard and I refuse to pay with bitcoin, I cant use the site anymore now.
If only the makers showed more love for this site.

I've had no problem using oimoio despite early misgivings about the method of paying into my account. I've had so much great music from here at a decent price.

They have a huge selection of tracks. Adding funds was a breeze. I just used my debit card and the process was simple and worry free. I have been downloading from this site for at least 10 years. And songs I purchased then I can still retrieve today. The quality is CD quality and I have never had any issues with them. My.only beef is that they do not respond to emails in a timely manner. That is why I gave them 4 stars

I like the wide selection and quality of the downloads. However when I ran out of funds from my initial money entry, the site sends me to a very sketchy looking website after entering my credit card information. It is some re-direction to PayPal. I have left many messages on the "Mailbox" part of the website but if they have responded those responses were deleted before I could read them. Very concerning.

Great mp3 service, super cheap and good quality (most of the time). No problem with payment. PLAY EVERY SONG BEFORE BUYING. I downloaded Rush’s Snakes & Arrows album recently and it was fine except for the first track which was terrible sound quality, I ended up having to repurchase that song on a different site. Other than the occasional low quality file (few and far between, just make sure to look out for them) it’s a great site.

Been trying for a few days to make a payment. I dont have bitcoin or a gift voucher so press Credit Card option. Seems to divert to Paypal and then fail. I cant see any paypal setting in my account so I guess they are just using Paypal as a payment service provider. Today I'm getting an actual error message. Tried to get help from customer services on 3 occasions but they dont seem to care at all

I have been using this site for 12 years and so far, I haven't experienced 1 issue.

Webite does not recognize my membership,lost my balance funds approx.$40.00 I re-signed up using all same info, the website now recognizes me but minus the balance that I had previously. Answer your phecking emails !!!

first time trying to top up, aweful selection options, when the payment page finally worked the payment was taken from my account but the payment failed and i was not credit what i have paid for. so much for this being a great site

Like many users, I had a great experience the first few times I have used the service for MP3 loads. Awesome selection of 80s music which fits my taste. I wanted to use a Visa gift card specifically for online purchasing, It would accept the payment, sure enough it does state on the sire that gift cards cannot be used. So, I attempted to use my Discover due to security features on the card, the site doesn't except Discover??? I gave up. I no longer use my debit/bank card for purchases online due to several hacks over the past 5 years.

mp3million.com may have lower download prices, but only iomoio always offers at least 75% dollar matching and a lot of time it is 100% or more bonus dollar matching. That feature makes it the best value anywhere!

Had an account for at least 15 years now, bought many hundreds of songs without any issues. Whenever i hear an old favourite on the radio i dont own ill jump on iomio and they always have it. I have no interest in searching alternative sites to save a few cents per song, this is cheap enough and it works

I've used them for 12 years now and have never had any problems, including with payments. I lost that you get 3 dollars every year for your birthday, so if you don't buy music that often you can find those 3 dollars adding up nicely over the years. It always releases the lastest albums at the same time as Apple iTunes Store and the quality is very good. Another thing I love about it over iTunes is that they have a lot of rare bootlegs, especially of Elvis Presley, which is why I originally signed up.

I signed up over ten years ago, after leaving android phones for apple. Songs were 10 cents a piece then. Occassionally a purchase wouldn't download and IOMOIO would refund me. Recently I tried adding $96 to my account but the payment failed. Tried a card from another bank. Same thing. Reached out to support and they suggested another method offered on their page. Tried the link. It sells VPNs and just seemed fishy. Reached out to IOMOIO again. They responded with there being no alternative payment options. Two weeks later, the only payment option is their suggestion, purchasing a VPN, which would yield a pincode, if they are being honest/truthful, but it feels fishy.

I can't get on the website at all. Kept trying every day this week. Anyone know what's happening?

I have been with them for years, great customer service, value for money, this is by far the best site and they always get back to you if you ask questions or have an issue.

Ive used IOMOIO for years with no problems at all. I cant seem to get the site up for last 3 weeks. I can only assume its a current status of the world at the moment however there is a Cyprus address at the end of the newsletters. Maybe the servers are in Russia. Anyone got any ideas of how these things work please?

Very poor customer service. They do not reply email even though I followed their standard FAQ on IOMOIO website. After 10 days of no reply, I decided to write through the mailbox. IOMOIO support replied that they do not entertain email. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR FAQ THEN. SIGH!!!!!!!
