i.Pet Australia Avis

The cat scratcher I ordered is faulty.
I have sent an email describing the fault and have received no reply.
It looks like I will have to return the product
( at my expense) !!!
Poor customer service!

great price great product and fast delivery

Swift delivery, great product

Arrived in good shape in the time frame it was promised

Product quality and ease of assembly rates reasonably well. Ground pins too small and flimsy so not too happy with that. Had to use my own.
Otherwise ok, at least so far.

Purchased a cat scratcher and after putting it together it fell apart, and after sending photos to the company they were not interested in refunding me or replacing it
Don’t waste your money on this brand, it’s just cheap rubbish!!!!

i.Pet Cat Litter Box Large Tray
Wow what a pile of s**t, worst experience trying to assemble it and there’s a gap to the side of the tray that I had with my old tray and specifically ordered this one as it looked more sturdy.
To say I’m annoyed would be understatement, do not recommence

Very fast postage and very happy with my cat tree. Thank you

Purchasing what i needed was quick, easy and a great price.

Back seat cover. Fits my 2005 Subaru impreza the first one i have bought that does . Good quality, easy installation, waterproof etc. Side flaps that zip up to protect the doors are easy to do, a simple idea and works well. Seatbelt access to clip a Seatbelt to my dogs harness. As the my dog is fully enclosed i have no more sand or mud on my seats. I recommend this product.

The tree is only suitable for kittens sizes. I was expecting the same size platforms as I have on the iPet tree I bought 5 years ago

I found it hard to assemble with the instructions given. A video would be good.
Otherwise it seems very good

We ordered the 40inch 8 Panel Dog Playpen Pet Exercise Cage Enclosure Fence Play Pen for our Border Collie puppy. Shipment was super quick considering we are in rural WA. We use the pen for inside and have vinyl flooring so the pen slides when puppy jumps at it - we currently hold it in place with some weights. Just something to consider. Quality is ok, it's a bit more sturdy than the Anko Pet Enclosure. I like the little door although I have to step in and out by going sideways. All in all good value for money!

Very happy with item, my cat loves his cat tree. Would definitely buy again.

Easy online ordering and very prompt delivery.

The prompt delivery and it arrived on the right day. The product was significant step up from the previous model

Great service, fast delivery, a little wobbly at the top but safe for my smaller cat not solid wood climb poles are hard plastic covered with plush and sisal rope

Ipet has a great variety of cat trees and they are reasonably priced compared to other pet stores. Delivery time was super quick, we received it within a week. The product quality did not disappoint, looks exactly like advertised on the website, easy to set-up, and it’s stable enough for our 6kg cat to climb and play on it.

The company and product were fine. The delivery tracking and time frame was terrible. I don’t understand why so many sellers use couriers because they’re always slow and unreliable. Aust Post is so much better. Couriers need to be held accountable for their performance.
