I am a Financial Advisor and have been more than happy with IP global over the years. I have referred many of my clients who have also been happy with the service. I myself bought property in Manchester in 2015 which has increased in value and always been rented out with ease. I work closely with William Page.

Have dealt with IPG since 2015 and bought multiple properties, UK and Germany.
I've found the purchase process pretty much seamless, the apartments have been occupied almost 100%; have experienced good yields and some decent growth.
Some minor issues with Complete Lettings post-sale but nothing that wasn't resolved quickly.
I put my trust in the IPG representative (Will Page) back in 2015, and we've stayed close ever since.
Would I buy again - absolutely.

I have invested in three properties in the UK with IP Global. Having been through their end to end service, including the mortgage and rental of the units I am very happy with the investment and services I am receiving.

IP Global is a great choice for international property investment. They have always been ready to assist with any concerns and issues.

Stay clear, building I purchased in was massively delayed. When it was complete it was near impossible to get a mortgage on it, so now paying way above market rates on mortgage repayments. Developer who are closely linked to IP Global sold the freeholder to a some crooks almost immediately, who increase the service fee dramatically year on year and have appointed a terrible management agent who are only interested in making money. Building is starting to fall apart because of poor maintenance and its only three years old.

By far the best investment firm I’ve ever worked with! My property has yielded better rental yields and capital appreciation than forecast.

There's always a risk with investing but when I've used IP Global I've been fully supported and seen strong gains. Highly recommend, there are companies out there that don't go the extra mile to protect you the same.

Overall its been a really positive experience and my first property has really increased in value.
