My refund was ignored. I requested a refund a few days after my purchase in early February, and it still hasn't arrived. The explanation in one of the reviews below that the refund takes 5 days is a lie.

Unfortunately I can't evaluate the product, it doesn't work on my Macbook Pro M4 2026. The UI doesn't respond to the click, I've already contacted support, sent video images, and the support response was either indifference or none at all. As I'm not taking advantage, I asked for the money back, they didn't even argue anything, total ignorance. What's good for some is the worst experience for me, paying for a product that doesn't work. Despite having purchased it in October, I only started using it on the Macbook in mid-January 2026

Purchased a subscription by mistake and requested cancellation and refund within minutes. No service was used. Support keeps ignoring the refund request and tries to stall instead of processing a simple cancellation. Very unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend.

The macOS app isn't working. Support is very unfriendly and claims the problem is with me or my device. I've tried several devices.

Es una estafa llevo 5 correos explicándoles que no puedo conectarme a los servidores dependiendo de que protocolo use y cuando consigo conectar, el servicio es lento , especifican que tienes 30 días si no estás satisfecho,para la devolución del dinero, pues no hay forma de que esto suceda, me piden una y otra explicaciones. Estafadores

Comprei está vpn com um plano de 3 anos, mas só funcionou durante um mês.
Não consigo fazer login para gerir a minha conta no site em nenhum browser, testado em diferentes computadores. Após colocar as credenciais, a página fica em branco.
Não conecta a VPN na app Android, nem windows.
Não conecta a VPN no router.

Já tentei resolver o problema via web chat. Foram enviados capturas de ecrã para documentar os problemas a kma descritos, mas até agora sem resposta.

After a month as a subscriber, I started having connection problems with itv.com in Great Britain. Tried different servers and all protocols in Settings. No luck.

One fabulous "chat" via the app and the issue was promptly resolved. That's what I call GREAT support.

The same exact clone of the crap service called Fastest VPN, you can verify this by connecting to same country in both app and you will get same IP or only the last digit will be changed, other than that they have the same application UI, quite identical

In the website chat with support, I asked for a refund.
I was asked to send an email. The email was sent and has been ignored for 3 days.
When I talked about this in the live chat, they closed the chat. They did this 3 times!!!
And suddently the "24/7 chat support" shows offline.
This is very shaddy behaviour at best, and a total scam at worst

Do not buy, or use. Stay away from this business intentionally dishonest. They will not refund as promised, exactly as some of the reviews revealed. This is a business in the business of false advertising, amongst other dishonest practices, and this has been reported to BBB also. I encourage users with negative experience to report it to BBB so more people could be aware, and whereas I am not optimistic that the business will change its dishonest practice, I hope that one day it will.

VPN did not work well for me. Some connections did not work, and amongst the ones that worked, I had a shopping experience on a US website that declined my transaction while connected to their servers.

I contacted the so-called customer service (email is the only option, which one has to chat first to get the address) for refund on the first day I started using their product, but after two emails, they stopped responding. And in the two emails they did sent, they kept asking me the reason why I do not like the product, and while it should have been a money back with no questions asked, as advertised on their website, they would not honor it even after a customer gave them the reason.

Their trick seems to be to pretend that they will give refund by responding to one or two emails asking the customer the reason for refund, and then simply disappear.

It seems to be the "industry standard" of VPN businesses to offer money back within 30 days, and some even give 60 to 90 days. Whereas this might have been the only VPN business I have ever asked for a refund, it turned out to be a bad business not because of its product but because of intentional dishonesty, and for that reason, it is a one star business.

Besides, the company on the invoice you will pay is "AutoForTrade LTD", and this has made me feel uncomfortable. Whereas I understand the need to be cryptic, I suspect that this business is dishonest in more than one way; in fact, if one tries to search for its contact information, one will find its address to be a virtual office space with a Texas address anyone can buy in the world. This might not even be an American company.

I have contacted my credit card company for a chargeback, but whatever the result, the experience with this company is worth revealing to all consumers.

Don't think that just because they have responded to negative reviews here the problems have been fixed. And even if they did "fix" things for the reviewers who made them look bad, such is a "quid pro quo" to lure the removal of reviews so they could continue the scandalous behaviors.

I urge anyone to stay away from people intentionally dishonest: even if they offer the best VPN in the entire world, and for free, such is a business I will never patronize. This has been one of my worst experiences throughout all the businesses I have ever dealt with.

Update: the business reached out after discovering the review and processed the refund, 11 days later. In hopes of their changed behavior for all future customers, I am adding one star to the review.

My vpn worked for 1 month, since then it has never connected to any server. Horrible. I bought the 3-year plan, money in the garbage can.

I signed up for iProVPN and requested a refund within their money-back guarantee period. However, I never received my money back.

At first, they replied to a few of my emails, but as soon as I made it clear I wanted a refund, they completely stopped responding.

I also tried reaching out via their online chat, but the support agent just kept referring me back to email, which was pointless since no one was replying anymore.

This is misleading and highly unprofessional. If they promise a refund, they should honor it.

Avoid this VPN at all costs if you want a service that actually respects its customers!

Poor service. It cannot connected when traveling in China. Although they have 30-day money back guarantee, but you can’t find any buttons in their website to do that. There is no response from their chat box. I haven’t received any refund yet.
