In the older/bevor system one could click refresh and get the new updated pages. Now it does refresh but does not put the updated pages on top of the list. This means that one has to search for the updated page. If one has three pages no problem but

Purchasing the program was easy for the most part, however I made a mistake with my e-mail address and could not reset the email address so I had to call and spent 20 minutes on the hold waiting to speak to someone. (I believe they had a conference going on which resulted in slow response time, but I couldn't get help online because of the email issue.) So like 90% of the aggravation caused was my own fault.

Set up was a bit tricky because I needed to add a receiver and there is a question that if you do not answer correctly (Trust all, i believe) will result in your connection failing. You can not reset it, you can not uninstall and reinstall and fix the issue. The receiver has to reset your request on their end (I think) to get it to work.

So I would repurchase, however I will triple check all info to avoid any issues as any mistakes on the user part are not easy to correct.

WSFTP_Server Premium is working very well for us. We didn't have a secure ftp solution so we purchased this from Ipswitch. We are happy with what we have in place.

Professional product. All the features I need for business operation. Reasonably priced. Well established company.

Great product with many useful features. Service support is also exceled and very proactive in their investigation. I'm sure that we keep using their great product range in many years to come.

As a long term user, I can't be more enthusiastic about this product, well done!

Easy to use tools - never had a problem

I am a long time user of WSFTP Pro. I love things that do exactly what the developer says they will. That is the essence of Ipswitch ... There products WORK!!!

WS Ftp Pro 12.7 is not copying back to My Computer correctly. I've reported the problem but have not received a response

Have always depended on Ipswitch WS_FTP to update my web sites and it's always been there when needed. Fast, Error free! Only needed to call for Tech Support once, since 1996 !

I give WS_FTP 3 stars because, while it is a really good software, don't expect any tech support. Almost impossible to get the. I bought WS_FTP Pro 4 months ago and it won't work now, keeps giving me a screen wanting me to buy it again. It won't accept the serial number I have and I can't get tech support. They have a phone number but I can't use the phone due to hearing loss, I depend on email and there's no email link. So looks like I bought a $89 one year license for a 4 month usage.
NOT a happy camper!
