Very helpful when they didn't have to be.
My previous review was incorrect, this company was not the one who took my money. A different website used a similar website address. I contacted this website trying to get my money back, and even though they didn't have to, they helped me and found the website that actually took my money. They didn't have to do that, they went ahead and helped even though I'm not a customer. They were polite even though I was angry when I initially messaged them. So, thank you for being good to me when I was having an awful day, and I'm sorry for initially being rude.

Zero stars.. you pay $1 at first. Then all the sudden they charge you $49.95 on your card. Totally unauthorized.They never mention it at all. I have them blocked now.. is the united states so messed up that our government allows crap like this? Of course they are!!!!

You people are lucky. I was charge $39.99 on my credit card and have no idea what it is for. Paid $1.99 for the IQ test. Filed a fraud charge with credit card company, but they were no help.
Would love to know what I purchased!!!!!

I just wanted to take an online IQ test…
I just wanted to take an online IQ test for fun so I took a quick test. I went into the test knowing it would be a little unreliable but to my displeasure the score I got was laughable. I refuse to believe my IQ is 149 not even I'm dumb enough to believe that.

Legit website, got my results for free at my email.
However i first thought it was a scam 'cause right at the end of the test it looked like i had to pay.
I then searched the internet and come here so i could read the company response and verified it was true.
I would recomend the web to be a litle more clear in this issue by reformating a bit and explain it in a more simple way.

This site is a total scam, took test charged 1 euro for results. A few days later 29.99 gone from my account. They say all such charges were in the welcome e mail. Never got this email , asked them to resend. Oh! Could not do that. Do not touch this, complete scam.

We do not charge 1 Euro for any product.
Nor do we charge £29.99 for any product.
You may have been charged by another website.
Many websites have "iqtest" in their names, but any additional letter, number, dash, underscore, or dot can make a difference.
You can see who actually charged you by looking at your credit card statement.
A charge from IQTest.com would appear as a charge from Autumn Group/IQTest.com.
The easiest way to handle such charges is to call the number on the back of your credit card and explain that you did not authorize the charges.
The bank will be able to find out who charged you and give you a refund.
waste of TIME
LOOK AT THE WEBSITE. IT WASTED 8 MINUTES OF MY TIME AND I NEED TO GIVE A SHITTY $19.95 FOR MY RESULTS! WASTE OF TIME, DO NOT VISIT.

Google says they're free aand offer an optional paid deep dive into your results, however this is not the case.
Although, you don't exactly know this until you've finished the "test", when they ask you to pay $19.95 for your results, and this is not optional.

SCAM
SCAM. Like an idiot, I fell for the $1.95 offer to review results of the so-called IQ test. Turned out the results (if any) were not disclosed for the $1.95 I charged to my credit card, and the website turned into a total upsell for CRAP that undoubtedly was sleazy as the IQ test lure. I have filed a complaint with my credit car company.

The easiest way to handle such charges is to call the number on the back of your credit card and tell your bank that you did not approve this charge.
The bank can figure out who charged you and get you a refund.
IQTest.com does not charge $1.95 for anything.
If you had purchased anything from IQTest.com, the charge would have been $19.95 USD.
If you have received spam emails, they are not from IQTest.com.
Free immediate results
I see all of these reviews saying this is a scam. However, maybe the true IQ test is whether or not people are able to follow directions and find the results which are immediately emailed free of charge. Now, my result was 136 which I highly doubt is correct, so I have no idea as to the accuracy of this sort of test, but it was amusing anyway!
