IRIS Clarity is a voice isolation desktop app that uses patented AI software to remove distracting background noises from your contact centre calls, online meetings, and other audio communications in real time and for all participants. The AI has been trained on thousands of hours of audio, meaning it will remove all the standard noises that interrupt your customer calls (e.g. other voices, ringing phones, coughing, traffic, washing machines, and keyboard tapping) as well as more unusual noises you may encounter. IRIS Clarity integrates with hundreds of VoIP platforms like RingCentral, 8x8, and Vonage as well as video conferencing apps such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. You can deploy IRIS Clarity via server and as an SDK or as an app on your Windows and Mac computers, arming individuals and enterprise across a wide range of use cases. Some of IRIS Clarity’s features include zero latency, low CPU requirements, and bi-directionality. This means only one participant needs the software for both participants of a call to enjoy its benefits, which is particularly important for contact centres aiming to improve customer experience.

We have been using IRIS clarity for a while now in our call centre and even at its loudest and busiest times of the day the customers can still hear us clearly.

Vrilliant

I use this at work, it blocks out the background noise very well. Working in a busy call centre where there's always noise around, it's good to know that this blocks out the noise and you don't have to worry about the customer not hearing you.

Pretty good for what it’s meant to do

Pretty good for what it’s meant to do. Blocks bg noise and only had 3 customers complain about the noise in the bg so pretty good.

The system works very well

The system works very well especially in a busy and sometimes very loud call centre, I've only had customers complain about background noise once or twice since its started being used for our systems, and that was mostly due to the environment being very quiet and an unexpected loud noise happened,

Good app, does what it says

We use IRIS in my day job and it does exactly what it says and blocks out background sound very well, ideal for busy environments where several conversations may be happening around you at once. Any issues seem to fixed pretty quickly

Office necessity.

I work in a busy office environment and calls are all day every day, since getting clarity the amount of times I have been told about an issue with background noise or a customer not being able to hear what I have said has dropped to zero. It is honestly amazing how well it works and the difference it makes.

Iris is a good noise blocker tool

Using iris at work, I like that you can change how much background noise is blocked by moving a loudness bar scroller.

It has helped and does stop background noise picking up on the mic

It does what it says and customer help is awesome

It does what it says and customer help is awesome. Each time I've had a problem, not many, i think three they have resolved the problem within 24 hours. I have recommended this app to several colleagues.

Better To Use Krisp.ai At This Point

I own Iris Clarity via a lifetime offer. I have video sessions with clients all day every day and find Iris Clarity unusable. Clients either can't hear me clearly and complain of sound breaking up (app is overzealous and non-specific in suppression), or the app crashes (literally once every session). I tried Iris again recently hoping for better results and clients simply couldn't hear me. I reached out to support and they simply said "oh yes, we have some issues with Mac Ventura". And nothing else.
I use Krisp (a competitor) with a subscription, hoping that Iris will get it's game together. Krisp is waaaaaaay more stable, the algorithms don't cut the sound out and it's just streaks ahead of Iris at this point. Sadly. Iris Clarity is not a recommended product.

I've been using IRIS for a while

I've been using IRIS for a while, and it's improved by leaps and bounds just over the past 6 months. I'd highly recommend it for anybody working in an environment where you want to eliminate background noise, voices, etc., or if you just want a cleaner, crisper sound.

Well worth trying out!

Does the job really well! Working remotely in a fairly busy house, I'm usually either asking someone to keep the noise down or apologising on calls. The background blur on video has really helped, and now this helps to silence the unwanted distractions at home. if only I'd had this sooner!

Clever, effective tool to smooth over the realities of working from home with kids and household noise! But also helps when taking calls in open plan office situations - which can sometimes be even worse. Simple and impressive.

Does what it says on the tin

Does what it says on the tin. Great for home working with a young family (and with loads of renovations going on too). Noticeable difference against on the onboard MS noise reduction.
