Irish Drains were recommended to us due to a sewage 'aroma'. We received very courteous response from the office and Darren arrived on site. He was ultra professional, thorough, courteous and went to great lengths to explain the origin of the problem and resolved same very efficiently. The cost was very fair.
Would recommend highly.
Very-very mixed feelings. On the positive side, absolutely well equipped, camera and water source, really nice van.
On the other hand, the guy seemed absolutely clueless and I have every reason to believe that at the end of the day the guy just caused even more problem and now I have to call someone else. And the pricing was absolutely shocking. At the beginning it was depending on the problem, and at the end I just got a huge, round number without any details, no invoice, nothing. That part was not professional at all.
Irish drains are a professional and trustworthy company. From the really quick response to my query to sending someone out the communication was clear and concise.
Simon has excellent customer service skills as well as been really good at what he does.
He had my problem fixed in no time 🙂
Called out Irish Drains for an emergency. They arrived so quickly and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very fast and efficient service.
Highly recommend. Great job.
David and the team at Irish Drains are nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and knowledge were evident. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my drainage system and provided a clear, detailed explanation of the necessary repairs.
Throughout the entire process, David and his team were punctual, courteous, and extremely efficient. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they left the site cleaner than they found it. It's rare to find a company that combines such a high level of expertise with excellent customer service.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from Irish Drains. If you're looking for reliable and professional drainage solutions, look no further than David and his fantastic team. Highly recommended!
Top Class Company and Great lads to deal with
