Irish hotels are more expensive than New York luxury hotels. Racketeering by Owners. Will destroy the tourist industry.
Awful experience. Far too expensive. Not great qualities /comfort. Freezing in winter time . Avoid.

The trip went off with out a hitch. Driver from airport was waiting for us when we got off the plane and helped us catch our train to Cork. All of the hotels were in great locations. Close to the action, close to rail stations and close to the tour offices.

We did a drive and stay vacation. The itinerary they put together was excellent. The hotels were perfectly located. comfortable and far exceeded our expectations. The company provided a comprehensive, customized guide book with sights in each city plus ideas for side trips. Niamh was a pleasure to work with.

I Just want so say a big thank you to
Irish Tourism for organising our trip to the wild west coast of Ireland.
It was well planned out from picking our hire car up from Shannon Airport and then a well planned route taking in many stops along the way as we traversed along the west coast.
We stayed in a variety of types of accommodation which made the trip more interesting and can't say any were disappointing .
The hosts were very friendly and were happy to help with any queries.
We also had a very well put together guide for the trip which gave many options for sites of interest along our route. This was a great time saver and allowed us to maximise the amount we could fit into the trip.
The guide also explained some of the history of the places we visited.
A big thank you to Linda Larkin from Irish Tourism for putting our trip together.

Our family trip to Ireland was a magical trip of a lifetime. Nuala prepared an itinerary that was easy to follow and flexible. Every hotel was lovely and carefully selected for our group of 7. Nuala ensured that every requested detail was met, including arranging for two of our party to meet up with us the following day after we arrived, without compromising any of our precious vacation time. No glitches. Our private driver was friendly and more than accommodating. We checked in with him every evening to plan our next day's activities, while loosely following our itinerary to ensure that we made the most of the incredible beauty of Ireland. My only regret was not having enough time. 💚💚

We had a wonderful first trip to Ireland and want to thank Maria and Irish Tourism for helping make the visit so enjoyable and special. First and foremost, working with Irish Tourism was easy, with timely and thorough communication, practical suggestions, and the perfect fit for what we were looking to do. They were good listeners for what was important to us, and that is a rarer attribute than one would think!

Niamh coordinated and planned our trip according
to our wishes. All reservations for hotels, trains, tours,etc were scheduled and vouchers provided. The hotels we stayed in were lovely and convenient to train stations and tour departures. Everything went smoothly for us. We particularly enjoyed traveling on our own, with only a couple of day trips with others. This was an excellent service to meet our needs.

We had a wonderful 10-day rail/bus trip setup by Niamh. We made a modification to one of the trips listed on their website and Niamh took care of it quickly and made it so easy. The hotel options in Galway, Killarney and Dublin were excellent. We could walk around to everything including the bus/train stations and tour bus offices in Galway and Killarney. We could also walk to all of the attractions we wanted to see in Dublin. Niamh provided vouchers for our hotels, tours and transportation as well as a document full of information about the areas we chose to tour. Thank you Niamh for setting up a great trip!!

Ireland honeymoon was the best decision we made. Working with Niamh was made easy, quick, and effortless.
Everything was made to our needs without the hassle of being up charge to make a quick buck like other companies.
Niamh really put in the effort to give us a honeymoon full of lasting memories. Couldn't of imagine staying in real castles but they made it happen. We will be back and using them again.

Niamh was very helpful and supportive. We appreciated her services. The hotel and train vouchers were well organised with clear instructions. Train journeys were not too bad. We managed to catch all of them on time. It might be better to clarify that we did not require to change train at Limerick Colbert Station. Hotels booked were clean with good services. Salthill Hotel in Galway was not close to the city centre, but the distance was still manageable by taxi. Overall, we had a lovely time in Ireland.

The holiday met every expectation.
Niamh the agent I dealt with was so helpful and knowledgeable which made decisions making easier.
With her guidance I feel we made the best of our seven night stay, packing in lots of experiences.
The accommodation was of a great standard and every where we visited was amazing. I will definitely use this company again. Fantastic

Stephanie at Irish Tourism helped build the perfect 10 day trip across Ireland. She was very helpful with all of our questions and all of our tours, hotels, and train tickets could not have went smoother. We loved the variety of cities and towns we got to stay in. Not one of them felt like the last. Highly recommend getting a driver on the trip from Killarney to Galway. The time spent with Phillip was one of our favorite days as he was helpful and showed us some really cool spots. Rent E-Bikes on the Islands and enjoy wondering around some beautiful landscape. I would suggest maybe skipping the Ring of Kerry tour. it was fine, but you see a lot of similar things the on the Dingle Peninsula Tour and we liked that one a lot more. I think it was a mix of fog and getting a little tired on our part. However, none of the tours are required and the hotels are set right in the middle of shops, pubs, and museums in every city we visited. We will certainly be using Irish Tourism again next time we visit Ireland, which hopefully wont be all too long.

Irish Tourism planned a great 8 night trip for us. Dublin, Killarney, and Galway. The hotels were top notch. Rail travel was seamless, and a private car transfer from Killarney to Galway was perfect!
Linda was a great help, answered all our questions and showed genuine concern for our comfort and enjoyment.

Just returned from an 8 night self drive "Northern Territories" tour. Everything worked well, all the accommodation was of a high quality and in a great location. We really enjoyed ourselves, saw and learnt a lot plus thanks to some good advice from Linda Larkin we booked and toured the Newgrange monuments....would certainly use this company again

Linda Larkin was my rep. at Irish Tourism, and she was wonderful, very responsive and efficient. We did the 10 day driving tour June 2025, and it was beautiful. My family and I had a wonderful time! I would have changed a few things around but not much- I have already had a friend book her trip with Irish Tourism for July!

We had a wonderful experience with Irish Tourism! Linda Larkin worked closely with us to design an itinerary which captured all of the sites we wanted to visit. She selected outstanding hotels for our party of six at every stop. When we visit Ireland in the future we will definitely use Linda at Irish Tourism.

We loved using this company to plan our recent holiday to the West Coast of Ireland. Niamh was fantastic at every step of the way. We started with one of their advertised itineraries but quickly decided to ask Niamh to plan the holiday around the places we really wanted to visit and be able to spend more time at. She managed to accommodate every tweak and change, adding her own suggestions either via a phone conversation or via email. We flew in to Shannon airport, collected the car which had been efficiently organised for us, and drove over the Cliffs of Moher to Doolin, setting off the next day to spend most of our time exploring Connemara, over a period of 5 days staying in Screebe and Westport, with a day trip to Achill Ireland, before heading to Galway for the final two days. We can thoroughly recommend both the place: beautiful coastline, amazing deserted beaches, fantastic roads to drive on, with very little traffic and plenty of opportunity to stop whenever we found another beautiful place, and the company who planned it all for us. Thank you Niamh!

Everything was incredibly smooth. We arrived in Shannon and were able to collect our baggage and our rental car within 30 minutes. It was a quick and smooth process. It was nice to have everything set up as soon as we landed so there wasn't much stress involved at all. The check-ins for the hotels were easy as can be. We loved being able to explore each city while we waited for check in & that each place was so flexible with our check-in times. Breakfast was amazing at each place and we loved that there were other options as well (although my favorite was a full irish breakfast everyday!). We loved staying at the bed & breakfast in Killarney (Algret House). Our host was just the sweetest soul, made you feel so welcomed and so special, and had the most amazing breakfast! We loved our nice hotel stays, and of course the service, breakfast and amenities were wonderful there. But we truly loved the B&B most of all and would recommend people lean into the B&Bs more for their stays. As far as itinerary went- at first we were a little overwhelmed with how much we could possibly do and we wanted so badly to fit everything in but we were aware that we wouldn't be able to see everything all in one trip and still be able to take the time to actually enjoy it to the fullest extent, so we chose our most important things to do. Once we did those things, if we felt we had time/energy to do others we did! We got to see and explore 90-95% of the places we really wanted to do! Not having to come up with all of these historical sites, towns and experiences on our own was a HUGE weight off of our shoulders. We loved having suggestions of what we should see/do because I personally tend to get overwhelmed if there isn't at least a little bit of a plan in place. Having the itinerary allowed me to fully enjoy the scenery, history, pubs and cities without feeling the need to sit on my phone and research all day long on what we wanted to see next. It was nice to be able to be fully present in the moment. We thought the process of paying for the trip, setting up where we want to go and things we wanted to do was extremely easy and worry free. We loved how flexible everything was as well. When we come back, we will definitely be booking through you all again. The process and options of what kind of adventure you wanted, whether more outdoorsy vs historical vs food oriented, was extremely easy and took the stress completely off of us, which we appreciate so so much. We have no complaints at all and are so happy we booked everything through you all!

I had the perfect trip and Irish Tourism made it possible, I feel so lucky to have found them. I had never done any major international traveling before and decided to finally start planning without realizing how much easier and more accessible everything was going to be for me than I had thought. Even after having to postpone my trip for a year, Maria checked back in with me all those months later and helped me take care of everything. I booked a self guided rail tour so I could travel and explore on my own without driving or a tour group, which was exactly what I had wanted. The company also offers many different types of customizable trips options, and I’m sure there’s something for everyone. Maria was so incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable; I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience working with her. The perfect week was planned for me; as a first time visitor to the country with limited solo travel experience, it could not have been better.
I spent the first two days in Dublin, after receiving a wonderful welcome at the airport before getting driven to my hotel. Again, I cannot say enough good about John, who pointed out geography on the way, and gave me a very useful tip about using the Lua that I would not have considered otherwise. The Academy Plaza was beautiful, clean, and centrally located in the city. Part of my trip included a ticket for a hop on/hop off bus, which was the best way to get a sense of points of interest and an overview of the city, which I then explored at my own pace.
I took the train from Dublin to Killarney, my favorite part of the trip. Once again, the hotel that was booked for me was right across from both the train station and from the center of town, and was so beautiful and a joy to stay in. I had an incredible time strolling around at my leisure, and then going on a tour of the Ring of Kerry that was booked for me. The tour company was fantastic, and I can see why Irish Tourism works with them.
The final city I visited after Killarney was Galway. Another lovely hotel, and the excursion that was scheduled for me there was a ferry to the Aran Islands. I then took the train back to Dublin and had one more day in the capital before my flight home.
Between the carefully selected day tours that were booked for me in each city, and my free time to explore on my own as I saw fit, I firmly believe that I had the perfect trip and got the most out of every day that I had. It’s my understanding that when discussing trip itineraries through Irish Tourism that details can be adjusted as desired, but when Maria sent the suggested trip schedule to me, I was completely on board with everything. I’m so impressed with the planning and detail of my tour, from the quality and location of the hotels, to the timing and ease of travel between locations. It helps that the experience I had in Ireland was absolutely heavenly; I was in awe of the weather, food, people, history, nature, and every last thing. However I know that I would not have been able to enjoy myself as much as I did without the carefully designed trip that I received from Irish Tourism. I didn't have the biggest budget either, and the quality of the service that I received is, in my opinion, worth more than the price I paid. I’m so grateful to this company and cannot recommend them enough.
