Irrigreen Avis 

We love the system. Unfortunately, the people who installed the system have disappeared on us. We'd like to have some help in adjusting the sprinklers, range, etc. Hopefully we can find someone who can assist in that.

Great product and great staff. Super easy to install. DIY people can do this install using videos on YouTube.

I was able to spend some time with Ryan who walked me through installation. I had 10 specific questions that we reviewed in detail, Ryan was very helpful, no sales push! I had been on the fence for 2 years to install the system, Ryan helped me make the decision to proceed. Haven't installed the system yet but I received it yesterday much quicker then expected.

Ordering process was very smooth. Questions were answered quickly.

It is really way too early to rate any overall experience, having only just purchased a small system in the last couple of days. My experience with Kelly Allen in Sales was pleasant, professional and informative. She was challenged to find a responsive, current contractor for installation, so I am working with someone new to Irrigreen in this area.

I spoke with two people at Irrigreen. Gabriella initially and then a follow up with Ryan. Both were helpful in getting the information I requested. Ryan sold me the system and mapped out where it was recommended. I will deviate from the pattern but I see the distances required. I’ve reached out to two “certified installers
” and none has yet to respond. This is a holiday weekend and I will follow up next week. I hope this is t an issue.

Neat system, but with significant flaws. Installed a 10-zone system surrounding my home (on 1/2 acre lot) on March 15, 2026. Straightforward install. Everything connected and worked fine...for a while. March 30th: I go to fine tune the "shape" on several zones. One of the zones, any adjustment to the "shape" was nowhere near accurate. Tried calibrating it and nothing changed. Support copied the calibration from one zone to this one and it seemed to correct the problem. But why?

May 22nd: I see a "There seems to be something wrong" message in the app. I look further. The zone that we worked on in March now reports a pressure sensor malfunction. I make contact with support and they sent a replacement head. I install that head and all back in operation.

May 31st: Similar issue cropped up. This time it's a different zone. Support sent a replacement and I installed it. Back in operation.

June 16th: I noticed that the spray pattern was spraying into the street in front and one zone in the back yard was spraying too far as well. I go to calibrate and rework the shapes on these two zones. Calibration didn't work, even though the system indicated success. Spray lengths on both zones was way off - not one or two feet off either. App showing 3 ft spray from head and it was easily well beyond 15 ft. Support ended up sending me two more replacement heads. Installed both and managed to get it all up and running once again.

So 4 of 10 heads failed within the first 93 days after installation. 40% failure rate. You'd think that they would want the failed heads back so they could determine the root cause of the failures, but no...they haven't asked so I presume they're content with a 40% failure rate.

Looking in the rear view mirror: I should have just bit the bullet and installed a traditional Rainbird system. I guess this is the price we pay for being on the bleeding edge of technology.

I still have it in boxes too much to install I fell like a got taken here lesson learned

Don and Alex were above and beyond helpful in getting me set up with the layout, items I needed, and helping troubleshoot. I was nervous with this being my first work on an Irrigreen system, but with their guidance, I felt comfortable and confident in the service I was providing, and the results of the Irrigreen system for my customer

Doesn’t work well with wind. 1/2 the time the pattern is going long onto my neighbors yard, and so on the other side it is short in covering my yard. If there is no wind, it works ok, but unfortunately we have just as many windy days as non-windy, so I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Installation was straightforward and the app makes scheduling convenient from anywhere. Overall very pleased with my sprinkler system.

THOMAS NORMAN has been extremely helpful and was very prompt. He exceeded my expectations.

These are not inexpensive sprinklers but they are worth it. The customer service team is outstanding and very helpful with the design process for your yard as well as help with the installation. I highly recommend Irregreen.

On point and knew exactly what needed to be corrected

GREAT COMPANY AND PRODUCT! I installed 4 irrigreen sprinklers in my front yard, and they are working great! If you are installing a new system, definitely go with them. Very simple setup that anyone can do on their own. I had a few issues (striping and pressure failure), and both were fixed immediately by the company. They were extremely helpful and got back to me immediately every time I contacted them.

I had my Irrigreen system installed about 3 weeks ago. I have had excellent support both from my installer and the Irrigreen tech folks. I get there may be a few busgs and every install can be unique but they have been very responsive, knew how to help and went beyond to satisfy me. I’m ok and understand the new 3 heads are just getting in the field but they are on top of it. Thank you and Inplan on enjoying my system for years to come.

So far, so good. The system hasn’t been installed yet, so I will update when it is. Buying experience was excellent.

This system can’t regulate the different water pressures that can change throughout the day. You set your borders and then it jumps them ( blows bark dust all over ) and even when you set multiple set points it leaves streaks of grass that it’s not penetrating the roots. During July and August it looks green and brown. Nothing to do with who installed it. Not happy at all. Will be going back to the manual sprinklers and not this $ 5.500 let down.

Prompt delivery of the Irrigreen system, including 9 heads. Gave a great recommendation for an installer, Joseph Smith, owner of Precision Earth Masters.
Joe and Dillon did a great job on the installation, cleanup, and leveling of the ground where the ditches were dug. Joe stayed with it until everything was in proper working condition.

The units and equipment work very well. The instructional videos are geared a little more to contractors than homeowners but overall are good and helpful. I would definitely purchase again if the need arises. Also, Kelly in Sales did a perfect job of helping me get the right equipment and serving my account after the sale.
