I ordered a necklace they charged me for 2. I've reached out to them 5 times in 3 weeks.
To top it off the product is definitely not what was in description of product.
I wouldn't recommend.

Perfect gifts / amazing products
Lovely, ethically sourced products. Very friendly and helpful and prompt delivery. Reed diffusers and wax melts smell so much better than any I have bought from shops and the reed diffusers last ages and ages! Have bought as gifts too and recipients have been so delighted they've then ordered more for themselves. Definitely recommend Isadora for gifts or a great treat for yourself.

Wonderful wax melts
I chose three different fragrances of wax melts. All came in individual bags wrapped very well and looked pretty. I have started with Rhubarb and Rose which is very sweet and makes the house smell wonderful. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to try the other fragrances and then the candles

Rose gold 3 wick candle
Bought the rose gold 3 wick candle in Rhubarb & Rose for a friend’s birthday present and had it delivered directly to her. She was absolutely delighted with it! It came beautifully gift wrapped and she said it smells divine. Thank you so much for an excellent product.

I bought a handful of little wax melts along with a glass burner (for a gift) and they all smell gorgeous! The box arrived well packaged and was a lovely presentation. Thank you, will definitely be purchasing more :-)
